Layout is great with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Unit was NOT clean. All of the kitchen surfaces were sticky. Floors needed a good sweeping to get the dust bunnies and hair picked up. Dishes in the cupboards were not clean.

Birthday Retreat

We had a great time and the house was beautiful. Parking was very limited but overall we enjoyed our stay.

As advertised

We enjoyed the accommodations. The home was clean and well stocked for our needs.I believe it would definitely be possible to walk to Jazz fest if you were able to walk 1 mile without difficulty.There is a Whole Foods market a few blocks from the place that we walked to and got breakfast supplies. Several well know restaurants nearby, Gabriell’s(get reservations,and very close,walk) crescent city steakhouse ( not our favorite, but I believe it is well known) Parking was main problem. First come first serve, park wherever you can.Bar across the street made us feel like the nights might get wild, but we had no issues.Overall a good stay.

Perfect Location

The place was perfect for three couples to attend Jazzfest. We walked there every day. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great. Street parking was manageable. We had an issue with not enough cups and dishes for 6 people. This was communicated to the property manager and should be rectified. Despite that inconvenience we would happily stay again.

Not clean

The home was set up very nice. It looked like it had been recently redone. The cleanliness, however, was not very good. The coffee pot had not been changed from the last users. The filter was still in there with mold all over it. There were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher And the floors were extremely filthy. If we went barefooted, our feet were black and sticky and if we wore socks, our socks were filthy and sticky.

I highly recommend this place if you want to explore The French Quarter.We were the group of 3 couples and everyone very liked this place.Everything like described,very clean and updated.

The property was really nice but no wifi working at all and had TV issues in one of the bedrooms which was no big deal, just would've been nice to have internet. I love the location and the culture of the locals.

The property was as advertised but it was much further than stated from the Stadium and other places we planned to go. Also, the neighbors upstairs are very loud. We were woken up 6:30 am daily by children stomping and adults yelling at them. Not ideal after being on Bourbon street until late.

Great Spot for a Group

As a group of friends we enjoyed staying here for three nights to attend the wedding of a mutual friend. Each room having its own bathroom was a great amenity. The beds were comfortable, plenty of clean towels, and the kitchen had all of the basic necessities. Within walking distance to Whole Foods and some good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

I booked this stay almost a year in advance to go see a concert. This location is fairly close to everything you would want to do. A quick and cheep Uber ride will avoid any parking fees from downtown. Would highly recommend this location. The beds in this home are very comfortable and really give high end hotels a run for their money. The house is made to feel high end with granite counters throughout the home. The house is stocked very well with things you may need for your stay. The house has a washer and dryer. The only thing that I would recommend for the homeowner is to list a picture of the outside. The neighborhood is not bad but it leads you to speculate. Also you may want to steam mop the floors. The floors had been swept really well and looked clean but looking at the bottom of toddlers feet told me differently. Other than those two minor things I am really glad I booked this home away from home. I personally found the street parking to be just fine. As most homes in New Orleans has street parking too. Overall 10/10 would book again

Great location and super comfortable stay

Super cute spot, we LOVED that each room had its own full bathroom. Plenty of amenities, and an easy drive or Uber ride to all the downtown action. Highly recommend visiting Mary if you pop into Lillian’s Bar just on the corner- the nicest gal ever! Overall we’d absolutely stay here again, lovely host and a stylish home to return to.

This 3 bed 3 bath with washer dryer and full kitchen was very clean and in a great area. Short Uber to almost anywhere. Towels, linens and basic necessities were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Treme

The property was modern and the owner was pleasant and accommodating. The incorrect address was listed on VRBO for the rental prior to check-in so I had to call the owner for the correct address after riding around the same street for 20 minutes. The neighbors upstairs paraded like horses day/night but after a long fun day in NOLA I still slept well. My rented KIA SUV was vandalized while parked in front of the house which isn’t the owner’s fault but I think adding security cameras to the property’s exterior would be helpful. Street parking is just that, street parking. Kia’s are being vandalized and stolen by using a USB in every city and unfortunately Hertz stuck me with one over 4th of July weekend when youngsters would want to joyride. Other Mercedes and Audi SUVs parked there were untouched. The property itself was comfortable and I would rent again from this owner.
