Grand plan d'étage ouvert de style ranch, situé sur un terrain d'angle. Avec beaucoup de places de stationnement et un espace pour 2 bateaux se garer dans une zone clôturée. Il y a trois chambres à coucher, avec un canapé-lit.- 8 personnes. Deux salles de bains, une buanderie, une grande cuisine entièrement modernisée, un grand salon entièrement meublé et un salon. Grande cour arrière avec piscine de 9 pieds de profondeur. Court Six miles du célèbre quartier français de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Site de bataille de Chalmette de la bataille de 1812 de la Nouvelle-Orléans, à environ 2,5 kilomètres. Passerelle vers les plus grandes zones de pêche d'Amérique.

There wasn't a dining table for the 6 of us. Important on our trip as we have our own chef. We improvised with a folding patio table outside that we brought in. Living room of couches were older so the comfort was compromised. Adding an actual bathroom door in the primary would be nice. Kitchen appliances top grade, plenty of utensils, neighborhood nice and quiet. Pool was pretty. We did have a good time.

All rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds, sofa and furniture was in good shape and well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to downtown to be close but far enough away to be away from the noise and traffic so we could relax. Next trip to NOLA we will try to stay at this property. Also, the owners were easy to talk to and communicated with us before we arrived to make the “check in” an easy process.

We take a family trip ever couple of years this year was New Orleans. The Cozy corner was just the place we were looking for in a quiet neighborhood it had all amenities we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool in the back was the icing on the cake it was nice for our outside activities. The host was also very nice and called me the night before to go over the keyless lock code and to see if.i needed any help with anything else

Comfortable and spacious home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was very clean and spacious. The location was a short drive from many of the New Orleans activities. Would stay there again! Communication with the host was excellent!

Plenty of Room

Our family had plenty of room enjoyed being at our rental-we were able to get in and out of New Orleans very easily. The owner was very communicative on all steps of the process, including why we were in the rental, letting us know what was going on.

Spring Break 2025

Property was very clean, comfortable and accurate as to how it advertised. Plenty outdoor space, pool was definitely a plus for the kids. Host was very professional and quick to respond and offer sight seeing and activities that he thought we might would enjoy!

Great place for our family vacation!

We enjoyed the place! The kitchen was great & the open-ness of the house made it fun for the 6 of us to hang out together. The kids loved the pool!
