Unwind in your island oasis between the pristine sandy beach and the serene intercoastal waters. Enjoy a short walk straight to the beach or the river.

After an enjoyable day on either coast, have an exhilarating outdoor shower. Watch the sunset or have a cookout and rest in the shade of the tiki hut over the deck.

This cozy retreat has many updates throughout all the rooms. The sunroom is equipped with a table for 6 for dining or games. The backyard has a converted shed which may be used as an extra private room. This entire beach bungalow is yours to make vivid memories!

Other things to note:
The washer and dryer are in the garage. Included are coolers, a wagon, beach chairs and towels for your use. Separate pet blankets and towels are also provided. This home like most homes on the barrier island is on a septic system.

There are plenty of local fun spots to visit and you are close to shopping, dining and local music venues. Whatever you do it is always a Flip Flop day!

A bit of Paradise!

What a great Place! All that is needed is people who want to enjoy themselves! Close to beach, shops and dining. Get ready to forget about stress!

Great location

My husband and I like to check out the Jeeps during “Jeep Beach” this location was great for the Daytona area and for cruising A1A all the way to Saint Augustine. So many convenient beaches to choose from or restaurants. Also if you want to hang out at the house, the backyard is private and has so much personality! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Just perfect!

Wonderful little beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short 5-minute walk. Tom Renick Park, with public bathrooms and other amenities, is right there on the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, cute and comfortable. The outdoor shower is also amazing. We loved our stay at this little island themed home.

Enchanting cottage

Classic Florida!

Our family was in town for our daughter’s dance competition in Daytona and wanted a dog friendly, close to the beach option instead of an overpriced hotel room. Winner! This house is such a short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and the backyard is fantastic! We will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful

This place is fantastic! The "love shack" is super cute. My kids loved sleeping in it. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and safe. There is everything you need for a walk to the beach. Beach towels, wagon, coolers, boogie board, surf board, and more. You will also find everything you need for cooking. If you need something you will likely find it. Our daughter recently moved to the area and we will be visiting a lot. This will be our go-to.
