We have 2 Vacation Rentals homes located on the same lot.
They are detached, separate and private from each other.

~This large, family Vacation home is the Front/Street Level House w/private Front Yard.
~There are 4 wide stairs w/railings up to the front door & first floor living area.

~Downstairs/First Floor Living Area =

This home features wood floors & quartz countertops in large, fully equipped Kitchen w/Pantry. Perfect for that morning Coffee as well as Special, Family Dinner get together!
~As of April 2024, there is a New Water Heater, New Microwave & New Dishwasher.
~As of Dec. 2024, there is a New Range ( 5 Burner & Oven w/Air Fry element ).
Master Bedroom with King bed, Smart TV, Walk-in Closet and Ensuite Full Bath w/Shower;
2nd Hall Bedroom with Queen bed &
3rd Hall Bedroom w/King bed & Smart TV
both downstairs/Hall Bedrooms share a Full downstairs Hall Bath w/Tub & Shower.
A very Spacious Living Room/Dining Area provide seating for 10 @ the large Table & 2 more at the Counter, a large Smart TV and Electric Fireplace complete this cozy area for relaxing and spending time together. Full sized Washer/Dryer in separate Laundry Room. All linen and towels are included. Beach towels, Boogie Boards,
Beach Umbrella, Beach chairs and a family size Wagon to carry them is available for your use and enjoyment.

~Upstairs/Second Floor Living Area =

~Spacious, Open Upper Loft area features a Smart TV, Bookcase filled with games, Private/Full Bathroom w/Shower, open Sleeping Nooks with separate Bunk Bed, Twin bed, Full Bed and a Queen Sofa Sleeper & Futon ~ "an oasis" for your children to have their own space to play and sleep.

~The large, private front Patio has Fire Pit, Barbecue, Table and seating perfect for a family gathering after a long day at the beach and/or sightseeing.

~As with most Costal homes, there is no Air Conditioning , However a strong Ocean breeze and included Fans keep you comfortable. High Speed wireless Internet is provided. All Smart TV's allow you to stream your own services.

~There are "2 reserved, off street" Parking Spaces for your use in the off street Double Wide Driveway between both houses.

~You'll have exclusive access to this entire Front house, Patio and fenced yard w/new all weather Turf.

~We have a "Ring" Doorbell for Security. With exception of asking your group to "Ring the Doorbell" upon Arrival and Departure~we do not monitor your stay. The Security System is for protection of the property when Vacant.

~Ocean Beach is popular for lots of reasons. It is quirky, fun and a great place to stay! Famous for Surfing & swimming beaches, great Restaurants, Bars and outstanding Street Faire every Wednesday. Our neighborhood is wonderful and we want to thank you for being considerate of all the Neighbor's rights to a quiet enjoyment of their homes and property. OB is under the San Diego International Airport flight path. You can hear planes taking off between 6:30 AM to 11 PM. To keep the noise down, keep all doors and windows shut. The house is very well insulated. For very sensitive Sleepers, we've provided a box of earplugs in the Master Bedroom Closet-if needed.

~Our large home will sleep up to 14 comfortable without sharing all the beds...but the smaller beds & Bunk set in Loft are intended for our "little Visitors" and may not be entirely comfortable for Adults. No one but Registered quests are allowed on the property. We love our fur babies, but at this time, no pets are allowed.

~Base Rate quoted is for a max of 10 overnight quests. There is a $ 50 per person
over 10 per night charge which will show as additional quest charge.

~This Vacation Retreat is 30-40 min. from San Diego International Airport and/or the City of San Diego & Convention Center; 15 min. from Sea World; 30-40 min. to the World Famous San Diego Zoo; 45 min. to LegoLand; 1 hour to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Casinos & Wineries; 2 1/2 hour to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland.
