Crystal Beach Villa has approximately 4000 ft.² of living space with five bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms an indoor elevator, an outdoor full bar with sink refrigerator and blender 2600 ft.² of outdoor hospitality. It has a large deck with an outdoor kitchen and private balconies off the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a commercial refrigerator, oven, icemaker, warming drawer, 2-12 cup coffee makers, and a Keurig two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry filled with beautiful serving dishes of every variety in a large freezer.
Enjoy your meals in the spectacular, octagon shaped dining area, surrounded by windows, displaying the amazing views. The living area is spacious. There is a bluetooth speaker for the downstairs area.
The master suite, privately located on the east wing of the estate has a king size bed, a beautiful open space for the sitting area by the large windows, facing the water to relax in the air conditioning, while enjoying the stunning view and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in closet
There’s a second smaller master suite on the west side of the home with en-suite full bath.
