Great house! With 7 people we had lots of space to spread out and didn’t feel cramped at all. We used every room/space inside and out. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard. We tried using the jacuzzi but it was over chlorinated. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and we did get a noise complaint. We didn’t feel it was warranted, so be aware of the quiet hour rules. Also parking was a little cramped for 5 vehicles but there is street parking as well. It’s in a great location and easy to get to the surrounding areas. It was very clean as well! We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect! It was clean, spacious and so fun! We loved the backyard and the kitchen/bar/game area. Pac Man was a big hit! Beds were comfy and the rooms were spread out good.

Annual guys trip and we have stayed at this location two years in a row, could not be more perfect. NBA Jam is amazing, we are all in our late 40’s and relive our youth playing this game. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet.

Beautiful Family Home

Perfect size for all of our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. Premier host and 4 bathrooms are what sold us since we had a large group. Very clean, good communication, perfect location.

Golf get away

We loved the house. But owner needs to check the hot water heater. Barely enough hot water for one person. Not hot enough to was dishes.

The house is great with 4 bedrooms, 5 big beds and 3 1/2 baths. Comfy beds, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Our issues came with communication before our trip and the pool. This could be because the property manager changed a few weeks before our trip. I reached out to have the pool heat turned on for us. I did not hear back. I calked and left a message a week later, they returned my call and told me the heat would be on and charged my cc for the additional fee. I asked about check-in instructions, as the listing said we’d have them that day. They said they would be sent 24 hrs in advance. Nothing. I called back the morning of check-in. I was told they were auto set to text that morning at 8 am AZ time…nothing…we were getting on the plane and I called again and they were then text to me. The weather was beautiful/hot when we arrived. The pool felt cold. It never warmed up. When I text that the pool did not feel heated, the response I received was that they reached out to the property manager and the pool was no longer able to ge heated. Disappointing since we specifically book heated pool property. We were told they’d refund our card, but nothing yet.
