Mis en place pour divertir et pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 personnes, cette maison est garantie pour rendre vos vacances spectaculaires.

Cette belle maison de 2 étages a tout pour plaire. Il est extrêmement spacieux avec 5 chambres, dont une suite parentale avec balcon qui surplombe l'oasis de l'arrière-cour. La maison est impeccable et dispose de tapis neufs dans chaque chambre. Le jardin est le point culminant de cette maison, il faut le voir pour le croire. La piscine privée chauffée avec grotte et toboggan aquatique, jacuzzi attenant, foyer séparé et terrain de basket divertiront toute la famille. Un barbecue est également disponible pour la cuisine en plein air.

Il y a 3 salles de bain complètes, garage 2 voitures, véranda et cour privée.

Lorsque vous avez besoin d'une pause du soleil AZ, il y a aussi de quoi vous divertir à l'intérieur. Une grande table de billard, une télévision par câble à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi sont disponibles. La pièce avant de la maison dispose d'une cheminée avec le travail de pierre le plus étonnant que vous ayez jamais vu - un grand espace de conversation.

L'emplacement est extrêmement pratique - à 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Phoenix Sky Harbor et à 15 minutes de Phoenix -Mesa Gateway. La maison est située dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Marbella Vineyards sous le soleil de Gilbert, AZ.

La maison est située à 10 minutes du centre commercial et de divertissement en plein air de la vallée sud-est, San Tan Village.

Il existe de nombreux terrains de golf à moins de 20 minutes en voiture. Nous serions plus qu'heureux de vous fournir des détails sur nos cours préférés si cela vous intéresse. Les grandes épiceries / pharmacies sont idéalement situées à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Diana and Clint are wonderful, accommodating hosts! Their home was well-furnished and perfectly suited to our family. Everything was as advertised, especially the beautiful pool and spa area! Location in Marbella Vineyards was perfect for access to greater Phoenix attractions as well as all of the suburban necessities for a family. Thanks for a great Christmas and New Year getaway!

This was a very nice property big beautiful house lots of room to just hang out close to many amenities. We visited in the most rainy November on record it was also unseasonal cool SO glad we opted to pay the extra for the spa and pool to be heated and really did spend most of the time in there. We seemed to have trouble with email, however our host was able to send all the info through chat quickly for us to have us happily in the pool with friends for the first evening. Definitely worth the stay will definitely be back if travelling in a large group again

Fun for all

We were in town for our sons wedding and stayed at this amazing house! It was the perfect place for all 10 of us adults. Us adults enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer, the age range was 20-45 and the slide was a hit :) I messaged the host to see if she would be ok with us doing some wedding prep and having some family over to help and hang out, and she was super nice about it. The bedrooms are all perfect sizes, and the house was plenty big for all of us. When we come back to visit, we will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

We rented for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and their two daughters ages 3 and 1 1/2. The pool with the slide was a huge hit with our three year-old granddaughter as well as us older kids. The check-in process was flawless and the communication with the hosts was great. Well appointed amenities and supplies. Grocery store is only 5 minutes away which is super convenient. Great walking area with several playgrounds nearby. Highly recommend!

Great Place - would come back!!!

Two couples had plenty of room and plenty of fun at this get-away home!!! We worked with the owners to insure the pool and hot tub would be ready (warm enough) for January weather! There was a 40 per day price to that, but well worth it - the pool and spa are amazing! Inside was clean and spacious for the 4 of us - complete with a pool table/ping pong table! Communication was AMAZING and the pictures ARE what you get! We’d come back again - no questions asked!

Perfect place for our mini reunion

Our group of 8, 4 siblings and their spouses enjoyed this place immensely. Beautiful backyard and we were lucky enough to have warm weather in November! We were outside all day, every day! Inside the home worked well, from the generous sized kitchen to the TV area to the pool table, we were always together but never in anyone's way. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
