This pet friendly stand-alone home boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. With three king beds, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to rest. This vacation rental features two spacious living areas, providing ample gathering space for everyone. Additionally, there are two patios and two decks that overlook the oversized backyard, offering stunning views of Mt. Buffalo and The 10-Mile Range.

Conveniently located just steps away from downtown Dillon, this house is in close proximity to the Dillon amphitheater and Dillon Marina. The sunny main level welcomes you with an open floor plan, including a fully-stocked and updated kitchen, a living area with a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining space that seats six. If additional seating is needed, the breakfast bar accommodates four more guests. You can bask in the sun streaming through the wall of windows or relax with a book as you watch the snow fall. Access to the private decks, patios, and yard is available from the living room, dining area, or beyond the kitchen. The dining room deck also features a private gas grill.

Just off the main level living area, you'll find the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a guest bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, beautiful mountain views, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and an armchair. The main level bathroom features a large walk-in shower and an updated vanity. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

On the lower level, there is an additional living area, three more bedrooms, a laundry room, and another bathroom. The cozy living area provides a sectional couch with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a pool table, and a wide selection of board games. Just beyond the game table, one guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the adjacent bedroom features a queen bed and a dresser. The third bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and a dresser. The shared bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower/tub combination. For added convenience, we provide an initial supply of laundry detergent in the laundry room.

You can enjoy the large yard and ample grassy space, all while taking in the breathtaking views of Mt. Buffalo.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

*Please note that we have a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 28 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Nice Mountain Home in Dillon
I spent 3 nights in this beautiful home with my family (3 Adults and 2 kids and 1 dog). It is beautiful home that has been well taken care of. Bedrooms are large, nice kitchen and downstairs game area and bedrooms for the kids. Location is great - walking distance to the park and lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly, nice big back yard. Thank you for letting us rent your mountain home!

Perfect house for a family of 12. Large comfortable rooms. Excellent kitchen for cooking, well stocked with utensils and cooking tools. Adequate range of spices. Suggestions: fix the kitchen faucet, shovel the entrance walk, and advise where the thermostat can be found.

Well equipped home
This property is focused around its bedroom count, and living room spaces. It’s also a very private location even though houses are close by. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfy and the main living room is comfy with great TVs in every room. It shows its age in places, and needs some general maintenance. I provided info to the property management team and they were responsive and offered to send people out, but we were ok until the end. This is a dog friendly property and it shows in the yard. Come on people, pick up after your pets! It sleeps a lot of people but we were only 4 so it was very comfortably sized. Location is great as well. I would rent this house again once some things were addressed. Lastly, there are 3 cameras overlooking the front, side and back yard. I understand the reason but it seemed a little intrusive. Overall I’d call the home for the price and location, a 5, after some TLC.

Overall satisfactory. Had 3 issues- -hot water tank too small for 5 to shower after skiing without the last 2 having a cold shower. - kitchen sink tap difficult to stop dropping - towel rack in basement bathroom needs to be secured.

Short getaway
Process was very easy. My only complaint was the master on the main floor, was extremely hot, and the bed sheets weren't the most comfortable. Location was fantastic.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
