Parking great. Check-in great. We had to clean and wash linens in the home to be comfortable...thank God for washer/dryer. We didn't utilize the backyard at all. The furniture was dirty and broken glass on deck. Party of 7 pitched in and made it better!! Kitchen/Dining area very spacious and a great meeting place for breakfast. Cincinnati Music Festival made up for the disappointment stay.

Great property owner

Overall this place was great. Few things here and there that were unexpected but the owner was incredibly responsive checking in daily and fixing any issues immediately. Was great sitting on the deck and taking walks around the neighborhood. Kids loved the bunk beds and Pac-man game.

The basement was not clean, beds had some kind of sand or dirt on them. Hot tub was cold so we could only use it the second night. Other than that most of the house was nice and a good price for a large group! Fire pit was nice!

Modern Chic

The home was decorated beautifully. The host was amazing and communicated consistently and effectively every time an issue would arise. Everything got fixed in a timely manner. The snacks and wine was a great touch and very welcoming. The beds slept extremely comfortable and slept better then most hotel beds. If I ever come back I will be staying here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice place to stay

The inside of the house was very pretty but we didn’t realize that there were only 3 bedrooms and they each have 2 beds in them, so be aware of that. The hot tub was an inflatable one that was very slippery (slimey) and had a weird stench. I feel if the back yard had some landscaping it would feel much nicer. It was pretty pricey but we enjoyed our stay and the host was very easy to reach and made sure we had made it there and that everything was up to our standards. I liked that there was enough space between the houses in the neighborhood so you weren’t constantly worried about bothering any neighbors.

Not a good Experience

There was minimal communication with the host. I had to get in touch with them to know the check-in information and then they resent the informarion at 5pm an hour after check-in time. So if i would have waited for them to send me the information I would not have recieved it until an hour after we had already gotten there. That was all very weird to me. Then the check-out information was very vague. There was a completely shattered window that was not been fixed. There were dirty towels under the bathroom sink, dirty plates in the cabinets, no trash bags were provided, water damage on the ceiling, walls and floors were just generally not clean. It appears futons and couches had been moved since the pictures were taken. There were insects everywhere, dead and alive. We only stayed for a night, if it had been longer than that we would not have stayed here. We will not be staying here in the future.

This property is not as listed. It is listed as a 4 bedroom house that will sleep 10. There are sleeping accommodations for at least 10, however there are only 3 bedrooms and no area that could even remotely be considered as a bedroom. It is not suitable for older guests as there are no bathrooms or bedrooms on the main floor. To use the bathroom you either have to go upstairs or downstairs. The stairway to go downstairs is very steep with narrow steps. Our friends that stayed in the downstairs bedroom found that the only way that they felt safe going downstairs was to go out on the back deck and use the stairs from there and go in the basement door. It is listed as having a hot tub. While there is a hot tub there, we were unable to get the temperature above 78 degrees. We were in Cincinatti for a Friday evening wedding and had activities planned with our friends for Saturday and Sunday. All of our guests decided to leave Saturday morning because of the conditions of this house. My wife and I also decided to leave on Saturday for the same reason. As far as the check in/ check out instructions, there were none. The only communication was the code to unlock the front door, and no instructions on how to lock it again when we were leaving. Since there were no instructions as far as bedding, towels, dishes etc. we did what we have done at the other houses that we have rented through VRBO in our 25 years experience. We were very disappointed with this experience.
