Just minutes down the road from a full access barn filled with animals for you and your family to enjoy. Nearby is Cuba Lake and all of the attractions the Southern Tier has to offer. Perfect for families and couples alike, you can choose to stay for the rest and relaxation or take advantage of the nearby attractions and activities available year round. The home is literally a breath of fresh air, with gorgeous views from the brand new full deck. There is a grill for your barbecuing and a hot tub for you to relax in, plus a full movie theater room in the newly finished basement. We look forward to having you stay at our home that was made for your comfort!

Awesome home perfect for family and kids

This was the best stocked and built Vrbo home we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed for a multi family Thanksgiving getaway! The owners did not cut corners with the house you could see it was built well and decorated with love.

This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. It was beautiful with amazing updates and secluded just like we prefer. There was plenty of room for the kids to run free and even a cute, new little playground. The location was great with all the places we wanted to visit 15 mins - 2 hrs away. We loved being able to see the Amish every day and even visit their bake sales every Saturday too. Our host was amazing and so communicative. Thank you!

Great location for family travelling from UK, Vermont and Florida for graduation at St Bonaventure University. Everything great but loved the coffee machine.

We truly loved celebrating New Year here. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a great location and stunning views. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — everything is done with great taste and a lovely interior.The hosts were always responsive and easy to reach. The house has everything you need for cooking, and even the bathrooms are fully stocked with all necessary amenities, which was a very pleasant surprise. Special thanks for the coffee — everything was well thought out down to the smallest details.Everyone especially enjoyed the hot tub — it was a real pleasure. There was also a private home theater downstairs with popcorn, and as a tradition, we all watched the movie “Home Alone” together.Shops, restaurants, and various entertainment options are conveniently located nearby. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. Thank you again that you allowed us stay at your beautiful home

Family Visit

We stayed here while cousins gathered to visit a place that our ancestors settled and farmed. Some of us had visited grandparents and great grandparents here but all the youngsters had only heard stories about places here. This home was perfect. Grounds had room for kids. The area is beautiful. The home is well equipped and added to how much we enjoyed our stay

Houghton College Family Visit

This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!

Absolutely Perfect!

Just spent 3 nights in this beautiful and cozy farmhouse! It was absolutely perfect for our large family as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house is so clean and well appointed with many extras and amenities. Tons of towels, cozy comfortable living and bedrooms, paper goods, and bathroom toiletries. We loved the open first floor with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, adorable coffee bar and extra throw blankets on the sofas. We really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched a movie in the basement theater. This VRBO definitely exceeded our expectations and is perfect for families! Thank you Shana everything was wonderful!

Amazing House

We loved our stay in Cuba. Rental house is amazingly redecorated, all the additional touches added to make you feel at home. The kids loved playing movies and Switch in the downstairs theater. At night the stars come out and put on an awesome show. The barn just down the road gave everyone in our party something to look forward to when we visited the farm animals and barn cats. Shana is very attentive and quick to respond to your requests or needs. She is an awesome VRBO owner. We would definitely return next summer!

Early Christmas Get-together

We went to Cuba to spend an early Christmas with extended family. We absolutely loved this house. Every decoration/touch was perfect. They had some Christmas decorations up and several necessities already available (coffee, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, kids toys). We loved the coffee station-the perfect setup. Extended family came & visited. We even took all the kids down to the barn to see the animals one day. We definitely felt very much at home. We would love to know the history behind the interior design selections…. iron work / trains. It was all amazing. We’ll definitely be back!!
