There is keyless entry to the home; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. You will have access to the double car garage for parking.
Free Parking is also available in front of the home and along the street.
We will do our best at answering your questions as quickly as possible. Please refer to our house manual if you have any questions prior to contacting us, as you will notice that we went into great detail to answer most of your questions.
Parkallen is a quiet neighbourhood, located near the Southgate Shopping Centre and University of Alberta South Campus. A splash park, playground, coffee shop, and ice cream shop are nearby.
Double car garage parking is available. Free parking is also available in front of the home and down the street. Transit options include: Bus, LRT, Uber, Taxi's, e-bikes, and e-scooters.

✦ Please note ✦ We do require a $750 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). Please note that Mystique Properties reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1,000 to the method of payment on file if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover a claim.
✦ All stays longer than 30 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
✦ Additional guest fee apply after 6 guests
✦ Our home does have a separate rental suite in the basement which is also a short term rental. Theses spaces are completely separate with their own private entrances and no space is shared between the units. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us and we can see if we have it available for you.
✦ Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. -This is a NON-PARTY home. If there is evidence of a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. A fee of $1,000 will be applied.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $90, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Location was great, close to downtown and many amenities. Host was always available when we asked questions. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is a family friendly home that included playpen and high chair and access to garage which was greatly appreciated.
