Just a 1.5 mile drive to downtown Bethany Beach!

This 3 bedroom home checks everything off you would want in a vacation home. Just a short drive to the beach or a 10-15 minute bike ride.

First floor offers a nice size kitchen that opens up in the living area. The master is located off the living area with a full bath. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. There is enough parking for 3 cars, 2 in the driveway and 1 off-street space (You will receive a parking map at check-in). Garage is not available for use. TV's are all smart TV's, no cable provided.

Community has a lot to offer - Shared clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and basketball courts, gym, game room, 2 pool tables, walking paths and a shuttle to the beach during summer season. Indoor pool for owner use only. Tennis can be found in neighboring associations for a fee. Amenities are not included. You can purchase wristbands for anyone over 6 years of age at the clubhouse for $38 per person per week. There will be a $30 charge for missing card keys.

Really liked this rental. The house has a separate master suite downstairs with two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. This allows for some privacy between your guests and yourself. The community pool is great for adults and children, but be aware you have to pay a fee for each guest member seven years old and up.

We had a very memorable stay. House was very clean and up to date. Perfect size for us and our 3 young children. Central to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach. Club amenities were also very nice-kids loved the community pool. Definitely will be looking into staying here again for future vacations.

The house was exactly as pictured. I am very conscious of the cleanliness of our rentals and this was the cleanest home we ever stayed in, I was very happy about that! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We used the grill located in the garage and it was very nice and clean. The master bath has a stand up shower with a bench seat which was nice and the bathrooms had bath mats which most rentals don't provide that. The only thing missing were hand towel holders in the master bath and upstairs bath. I didn't like that we had to pay 30 some dollars a person to use the pool and facilities and you MUST have your wrist band on when you are at the pool or inside the clubhouse. I recommend putting it on loosely so you can take it off when you aren't there. I would rent this house again for sure!

Family vacation

This listing was great and was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything you'd need and there is a tv in every room (kids loved that). The beds and couch were also very comfortableIt's in a very quiet neighborhood and was a short walk to the community pool. We had a snall concern that was promptly addressed by property management and the owner. We would definitely revisit in the future.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! Perfect for a family with little ones. Very clean, has everything you need, feels like a home, plenty of space, and just a quick drive to the beach and boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks around the block with little ones.

I thought the house was beautiful. Very well appointed. Very home like. We all enjoyed our stay. We love bethany beach and found your home to fit right in with our style and it was everything we had hoped for. Enjoyed rewding rhe journal. I hope when you retire there you enjoy it. Great Stay

Beautiful house with lots of room. It is close to Bethany , it's beaches, restaurants, and stores. We were visiting family and really enjoyed our stay.

Great vaca

The home was perfect size for 4 adults and 1 child. The pool was great, saunas amazing, location perfect! Appreciated hanger in the closet, bathrooms good size, plenty of kitchen supplies, loved dishwasher!! Only negative was where carpet met the door jams there were little nails (for lack of better word) that weren't flattened down. Stepped on them few times. We had a great vaca at Bethany Beach

Wonderful time

What an amazing time my family and I shared at this beautiful home. Reading the story about how the owners found Bethany Beach was a wonderful addition to the time there. We don’t have many large complaints, just wish that there was a bath mat once you stepped out of the master shower as water accumulated on the floor in-front of the sliding doors and the towel rack in the second floor bathroom was falling off of the wall and unusable. Perfect sized getaway with lots of memories made. Thank you!
