Un écran plat dans chaque chambre. Téléviseurs intelligents dans le salon et la chambre principale. Un blu-ray avec des applications de streaming dans la deuxième chambre. Connectez-vous à Netflix, Hulu, etc. et diffusez. Ou apportez votre Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast et stream.

Superbes vues sur l'océan et la baie depuis vos chambres du 15ème étage. Profitez du lever du soleil depuis le balcon et regardez le magnifique coucher de soleil depuis la chambre.

Cuisine entièrement équipée; laveuse et sécheuse sont dans l'unité; 2 chambres et salles de bain permettent d'intimité pour 2 familles. Il y a un lit queen dans le maître et un lit superposé simple plus un autre simple dans la deuxième chambre.

Le balcon fermé est sans danger pour les enfants, tout en vous permettant de profiter de l'air marin et de la vue des dauphins jouant juste au large.

Dirigez-vous vers la plage chaque jour ou amusez-vous à la piscine sur place, à deux pas de la porte. Il pleut? Le cinéma et les magasins ne sont qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons ou détendez-vous avec un livre / jeux dans le salon. Besoin de plus de livres? La bibliothèque est de l'autre côté de la rue. Empruntez autant que vous le souhaitez pour 15 $ / an. Louez une semaine plus tôt l'année prochaine pour en avoir pour votre argent!

L'Atlantis est directement sur la plage et dispose d'une piscine privée. Surveillance vidéo et sécurité des étages 24h / 24 avec des employés très serviables. Il y a un parking pour une voiture avec 35 $. 00 frais d'inscription en espèces.

Le Clarion Hotel d'à côté a d'excellents restaurants, des groupes live et un happy hour quotidien.

La location est du samedi au samedi, avec un enregistrement à 15 h et un départ à 10 h.

Apportez vos propres draps, serviettes et produits en papier. Oublier quelque chose? Marcher à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de l'épicerie!

Family trip and first time back to OCMD in years

My wife and I and 2.5 year old and infant visited and had a great stay. The property was as advertised and just steps to the sand. Everything was solid.

Great location, perfect access to beach with a nice pool. Only improvement would be a fan for the kids room. They complained they were hot each night.

Wonderful stay

The room itself is very Home like :) We didn’t have any issues that needed resolving. The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you would need. I personally would have liked an air fryer and a handheld cheese grater. The weather has nothing to do with our room, but it was chilly a few days. The room has several games and dvds for use. There is also sand toys, a chair and beach umbrella to use. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay.

Great location!

Great location and corner unit with ocean and bay views. Easy to get in and out of the facility and has a nice pool. It was a little dated however was clean and had all the amenities necessary.

Very clean and convenient place

We really enjoyed our stay at Acez High. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The rooms are very clean and carpet is in great shape. Good air conditioning and quick hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helped us the lockbox. Our only suggestion is a longer couch and add a smart tv.

Great week at the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The description and photos were accurate, and the place was clean upon arrival. We loved being right on the beach--great for quick trips back for lunch, bathroom, etc. My husband and I enjoyed the enclosed porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the late afternoon/evening with a glass of wine. The whole rental process was easy. We enjoyed a relaxing week and the weather was great. We'll visit again in the future.

It is very good to hear that our condo met your expectations. Our goal is for our guests to be able to immediately transition into “beach mode” the minute they walk through the door. In addition to the items you mentioned, we've found the oceanfront location also makes it easy for returning our toddler for naps and transporting all assorted beach items to and fro. Great location, great pool, nice spacious and clean condo

The condo was excellent in most ways. It is dated and needs refurbishment. The same for the building itself. It was very clean. We had a lot of problems locking the door. It didn't close completely and therefore would not lock. I understand that will be fixed soon. In general it was great. Bldg has beautiful pool which was well maintained. I would recommend staying here. The condo was immaculate.

Entrance door needs repainted. Entrance key is difficult to use and you have to pull on door several times to be sure it has locked. Ceramic tile in the entranceway is cracked in several places and is missing a large piece of tile and the edges are sharp. Bathroom floor tile grout is dirty. looking. Throw rugs in bathroom are stained and have bleach spots - looks like they should be thrown away. The bathtub grab bar has soap scum on the underside. The finish on the toilet seats is worn off in several places. The paint in the orange painted bathroom and orange bedroom is blistered off in many places. The baseboard looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Poor attention to any detail workmanship in this unit. Looks like an amateur did the drywall work. The uncomfortable mismatching reclining chairs are in poor shape - difficult to elevate leg rest or recline. What appears to be an end table between the chairs is a TV dinner stand that is so wobbly it has to be propped against the wall to steady it. When moving the full-size mattress around to put on the sheets I found a discarded kids applesauce pouch and a dirty hairbrush. Limited drawer space in one of the dressers because one of the drawers is completely full of computer and TV cords. The ceiling in the interior hallway near the kitchen has loosened and missing stucco on the ceiling. Our daughter and her family also rented a condo unit in the same Atlantis building and the difference between our rental unit and her's is the difference between day and night. Their unit was modern and very clean. We were very disappointed in this condo we rented. We are landlords in our hometown and none of our rental units look like this. We would not recommend this unit. We have pictures to document all of the above.

Thank you for the detailed review. We always have a list of wear and tear items to address in the off season. It appears that this year is no different. Your detailed list will save me a lot of time. The cleaning issues were addressed with our cleaner. We had not considered placing an end table in the living room. We will look to add one in the future.

Can't beat it for a 2 bedroom on the beach

No real complaints here. It was a great place to stay, right on the beach, a nice pool, plenty of beds (the kids room accordion door didn't work well but wasn't a big deal for us). They provided beach toys and games to play in the condo as well. We had a blast here and look forward to staying again!

Family of four beach vacation

Our family of four travelers (Parents, 20 and 17 year old) thoroughly enjoyed our week on the beach from this location. We could all do our own thing in the condo, at the pool or on the beach without worrying about a schedule. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo and enjoyed dinners nearby. The bus stop right out front made it easy to go to the boardwalk for a few hours without parking challenges but we enjoyed the quieter nights on the north end of town. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Two bathrooms were ideal for four adults. We had plenty of space and were comfortable for sleeping and hanging out alike. There were games, books, beach umbrellas and many children’s items that we would have appreciated if traveling when our kids were younger. Security on-site was helpful and kind as were the other residents and guests. Very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. The elevators were quick. The onsite security/maintenance staff were helpful. The location was perfect. We loved being right on the beach. The view of the Bay from the master bedroom is gorgeous. We enjoyed the sunsets every night! The only problem we had was with the door lock. It was inconsistent. We had to really jimmie the lock numerous times in order to get in. It was sprayed with WD 40 which helped a little but it was short lived. We made the owner aware of the issue. He was very receptive and supportive. overall, we would recommend staying here.

End of summer get-away!

The "Atlantis" is located in a great location with a beautiful outdoor pool, and a very short walk to the beach. Condo 1501 had a pretty good view of the ocean (in a little room off the living room with curved windows and two high-top chairs & table). The condo is located on the 15th floor, and was clean. Additionally, the owner is responsive.

Fabulous accommodations

It was very clean and well cared for and the view was spectacular. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Ocean City Maryland. Loved the location and it was so quiet. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family of four enjoyed our time at Atlantis. the condo was clean and brightly colored. Coffee maker was appreciated. Enjoyed having two bathrooms and ability to do laundry. Good quiet location, great elevator, friendly people. nice views of both ocean and bay. was surprised at having to supply our own linens and forgot to bring hand towels or dishrags, but we made it work. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Great place especially for kids

It was a beautiful room. The view was great. The room was clean and spacious. The second bedroom had bunk beds and another bed. And a whole cabinet of board games! Perfect for a family with some kids. I would definitely come back!

Do not hesitate! You will love it!

First off..the building staff are friendly and down to earth. Very accommodating. This rental has everything you need...and I mean just about everything! We wasted money buying things that were already provided! It had a great view, toys and games for your children to play with inside, and beach toys as well. Very clean and bright! Would stay again with no hesitation!

Great spot for a family to get the best of OC

My husband and I had a last minute opportunity to get away for a few days with our baby. Erik was great with accommodating us with such a last minute request. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and in a perfect location for a family. We couldn't be more happy or grateful for the experience!

A Home Away From Home!

Dear Erik, Thank you for renting your place to us! It was perfect for our family. My husband was really pleased, which is hard to do and the place was very clean, which we really appreciated. The kids were happy in the bunk room and the queen bed was very comfortable. You can really tell that you take care of the place and it was truly a wonderful experience. Our children did not want to go home! Great location. Excellent security and the employees of the condo keep it meticulously maintained in the lobby, lobby restrooms, and outdoor pool. Fantastic experience.

My wife and I both grew up in Southwestern PA and have lots of great memories of our trips to Ocean City with family and friends. We moved to the DC area in 2000 and took occasional weekend beach trips, happily realizing the eastern shore was a mere 3 hours away. We started dreaming of having a weekend getaway spot to call home and would casually look on our visits to OC. Our daughter was born in 2003 and our son in 2011, which greatly influenced what was going to be the 'right' beach home for our family. In 2010 we decided the time was right and began an all-out search for that perfect place. Finally, after an exhaustive search, we found our piece of the beach in March of 2012.

We looked at dozens of beach properties. Nothing could compare to Atlantis’ friendly staff, attention to maintenance, focus on security, and its beautiful pool. Did I mention it is right on the beach? I had to feel 100% comfortable with the property for my family to stay there and to rent it to you. Atlantis exceeded our expectations on every level.
The north end of OC is definitely calmer than near the boardwalk. We love making the short drive/bus ride to the boardwalk, for all it has to offer, but it’s nice to be able to take the family back to a more peaceful setting at the end of the day.

Since we are a family that still remembers what is was like with young children we want to make sure parents have what they need for their own children. We have a pack n’ play, two baby gates and a portable high chair in the unit so there's a few less items you need to pack in the car. It is a family vacation spot for us, so there are DVDs, books, and games for all ages, from toddlers to adults - something for everyone to enjoy.
