Make unforgettable family memories at the beach this summer! *Brand New* condo home in Ocean View Beach Club. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gourmet kitchen, and amenities galore.

*The Location*

1.5 miles to Bethany Beach, a 5 min drive or a 10 min bike ride. Minutes from Sea Colony, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course, downtown Bethany Beach and boardwalk. Ocean View is a short drive from Rehoboth Beach, featuring Funland and great outlet shopping, as well as Assateague to the south where you can visit the wild horses on the beach.

*The House*

Our 1300 square-foot home features a large and bright open concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, which is fully stocked with coffee maker, toaster, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and serve wonderful meals. Dining room has a large table with six seats and an island with four additional seats. Condo also has a high-chair available for small children. Living area features a comfy sectional couch and large Roku television to watch movies and unwind after the day. The condo has high-speed internet and log-in information will be provided.

The condo has three large bedrooms:
• The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, Roku television, and large closet. En suite bathroom attached to the bedroom with two vanities and large walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom features a queen bed, large dresser, and Roku television.
• The third bedroom features twin bunk beds and a twin daybed.
• Pack-n-Play bed also available for babies or small children.

In addition to the en suite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

*Ocean View Beach Club*

Ocean View Beach Club (OVBC) offers a Clubhouse with amazing outdoor pool, large fitness center, pickleball court, basketball court, sauna, and more. (The community’s indoor pool is not available to renters). OVBC also has a shuttle to the boardwalk in Bethany Beach on weekends in the summer and often has food trucks visit on weekends. OVBC is a friendly and quiet community. Renters are allowed to sign up for exercise classes, kids’ activities, massages, and events. To use the clubhouse and amenities, guests will need to purchase wristbands at clubhouse - $38.00 per person per week, age 6 and over. No lifeguard at pool.

*Other Info*
• Bookings must be one week minimum – Saturday to Saturday. Long-term rentals are available. Please contact hosts for more details, if interested.
• Linens and towels (including beach towels) provided.
• A starter kit of basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) will be available, please be prepared to buy or bring more.
• When booked, we will need to sign and return rental agreement with a copy of drivers’ license to hold dates.

*House Rules*
• The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night, and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
• No pets
• No smoking
• No illegal activity
• Occupancy shall not exceed that posted for this home
• No parties or student celebrations
• Guests must adhere to community rules
