This house is 1 mile from the primo Kenwood Towne Center Mall, close to many restaurants, food markets and Trader Joe's. Walking distance to a brewery, winery and the famous Italianette pizzeria, and Scoops ice creamery.
A 15 minute drive to Paycore Stadium, and the trendy Over the Rhine. Drive 15-20 minutes to Kings Island, 40 minutes to the acclaimed Arc Encounter.
This house is has a comfortable dining room, open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, complete with all cooking equipment, gadgets and dining utensils.
The Master bedroom on the first floor, has 2 queen beds and a full bath (so smaller children can sleep with their parents).
Upstairs are 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms and a tv room.
Second floor: Bedroom 1 with a queen and a full bed; bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a futon bed, and the tv room has a large futon bed that can accommodate one person or 2 small people.

Off the kitchen is a deck with sitting area .
A small fire pit in back yard.

Private parking in rear of property and on a long driveway.

In town for a wedding

The location was perfect for us. Enough room to invite others over for a family breakfast. Host was very nice.

Great Experience

Very charming property. Just minutes from Kenwood Mall (an upscale venue: Dillards, Nortroms, Gucci, Tory Burch, etc). Close to Paycor Stadium where ourcevent was. Our hostess was very pleasant and accommodating.

Little Tower Power

The Brown Turret property treated my family well. Ample space, interesting appointments, and a delightful deck made for a relaxing visit. Peachy is thoughtful and responsive. We look forward to coming back next year to celebrate my mother‘s 100th birthday! This is a perfect place for families to gather or friends to explore the Queen City.

Everything we expected

This large, older home is cute and unique. Everything was just as described in the listing. The location was great. It was clean, safe, comfortable and everything in working order. Nothing fancy but It worked out perfect for us. The front door lock was a little tricky, but the owner was responsive and helped us to figure it out. Overall great stay.

Enjoyed our selves

the property was decorated with tasteful antiques. The mattresses were super comfortable. The side door was difficult to get into because it stuck. You do have to use your own streaming accounts to watch anything that is not free. The host was accommodating.

Accomdayed our group very well

Property was as pictured. Host was super nice. Only issue was there are no outlets in the bathrooms. Suggest more keys. We accidentally locked ourselves out.

Great home for large groups

We had 9 adults sharing this property for a church conference we were attending. The property had plenty of space and included bedding, towels and ample parking for our four vehicles. The master suite downstairs was convenient for the adult with disabilities in our group. The only improvement we noted could be made was the air conditioning unit upstairs didn’t cool the floor sufficiently, but it was also over 90 that day. The host was great to work with and we were glad we found this property.

Spacious but not cleaned well

This is an older house with good space for our group of 7, including a baby. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. The house was not cleaned well, which was disappointing. The living room carpet seemed dusty and old, the dishwasher was dirty so we had to run an empty cycle to clean it. The cleaning crew needs to do some things that were left undone when we arrived: clean the kitchen countertops and dining table, run the dishwasher if it is dirty, ensure rugs are clean, empty all trash bags, discard all used soap bars, ensure towels are unstained, ensure Kleenex and dishwasher pods are in supply.
