Stay with us, at The Oaks, you will be welcomed by a spacious open concept living & dining area with plenty of seating & comforts of home. High speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen & plenty of little touches to enhance your stay. The Oaks will comfortably Sleep up to 10 guests, & is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood less than 5 minutes to all Downtown Raleigh has to offer restaurants, breweries, NC State, wedding venues, hospitals, Red Hat Amphitheater, & much more!
The space
You will find this modern and newly furnished home welcoming and ready for you. When you walk into the home you will be greeted by an impressive open living, dining, and kitchen area. The Living room boasts two full size sleeper sofas with Tempur-Pedic seating, a large Roku Smart tv with full cable and games. The Dining room is large and open with custom local art wall and breakfast bar. The Kitchen is decked out, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and designed for convenience you will find it fully stocked with all your cooking / eating needs, the coffee station with Keurig and supplies will help you start your days. The Idyllic primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, smart tv, reading / sitting nook and workspace with attached private bath and walk-in closet. You will find the 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bedroom with twin and trundle to have desirable amenities and thoughtful touches. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and bath combo with custom tile work and granite. Both bathrooms have high quality shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available for your use. The Oaks is also happy to provide free in-home washer / dryer for your laundry needs. We hope that you will find The Oaks an ideal home away from home.

Excellent place
Super clean, plenty of room and nicely updated. The location can be a little worrisome but it is super close to downtown and it was safe. We will use this place again.

Thank you so much for hosting. This please is fantastic! Had everything we needed for our stay. We worked at a near by project most evenings, coming to a home and resting after a hard working hours was great. Place is absolutely clean and quiet as we needed to rest.
