Beachfront family home

Beautiful waterfront property with spectacular views and comfortable living spaces. Ivy Blue is perfect for two families or a large group of friends. The house offers two self-contained living areas with kitchen, bathroom, dining and living areas on both floors joined by an internal staircase. The estuary and beach across the road are the perfect location for SUPs, fishing, kayaking (2 provided) and swimming. Beyond the estuary is the surf beach which is patrolled in the summer months and gets good swell year round. There's plenty of room to park your boat on the property. The IGA is easy walking distance and the amenities of Narooma only a short drive away. The location second to none for anyone who enjoys a relaxing beach vibe.
Linen and towels are provided and the beds are all made.
Level 1 - kitchen with dishwasher, TV, 2 bedrooms, 8 seat dining table, washing machine, shower and toilet, leather lounges, Sony stereo, porta cot, gas heater and amazing views.
Level 2 - kitchen with dishwasher, TV, 2 bedrooms, 8 seat dining table, washing machine, shower and toilet, comfy lounges, gas heater and amazing views.
Each kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, cling wrap and foil. The bathrooms have two rolls of toilet paper. Hand soap is provided in the bathrooms and kitchen.

The home was perfect for a coastal getaway. Comfortable pillows on the beds, linen was fresh and soft. The view is absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend this home. A small downfall but not a game changer, is NO wifi

Awesome stay.

This is a great place for family or friends to get together. Perfect for groups. Location was amazing, with everything you needed within walking distance. The view was incredible.

What a great getaway. Very peaceful location with great ocean views. Even though the property is a little dated, it more than makes up for it with plenty of space, comfort and amenities for larger families. Kristen was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Hope to get back there again sometime. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay at the South Coast of NSW.

Great position

Nice house, in a fantastic location. Bikes and kayaks are great to have, unfortunately we didn't use them due to weather. It would be great if there was Wi-Fi available, so you could use the smart tvs.

Location Location!! About 100m from the beach, 200m from the IGA and other shops. What more could you want! Well this is a great house with 4 Bedrooms, 2 bath and to kitchen/living areas. Great patio table next to the BBQ eat some fresh fish watching the wales. Then go upstairs to watch the sunset. I would happy return again in the future.FYI owner is also very responsive to questions.

This was our worst ever experience in terms of renting a stayz property (we’ve only ever had positive experiences before). Owner was difficult to deal with. Property not well maintained. Location is amazing with great views. However does not make up for downsides.

Lovely house in a great location

Nice and large house with plenty of room for people to relax. Nice outdoor area for bbq'ing. The location was great with a 2 min walk to supermarket. Dalmeny beach is super close and you can walk to many other beaches. Really enjoyed our time :)

Fabulous coastal views

Whale watching from bed! A beautiful luxe experience overall. Dalmeny is totally chill and it's just a 10 minute drive to Narooma's cafes and restaurants. Had a wonderful getaway, Silversea provided the perfect palette to create holiday memories.

Awesome place for our large family

This property was so conveniently located with access to the beach, store and coffee just a few minutes walk. We had 2 families each one using a floor, but plenty of room for us to gather together. The pool table and kayaks in the garage were throughly enjoyed by the kids. The view is amazing! There is a washer, no dryer and no WiFi, but we made hot spots work.

Sleepy gorgeous town, close to beach

Family had a fabulous time. Location is fantastic. Still close enough to Narooma. Many fun memories were made. Kids loved the quirky retro kitchen vibes upstairs too. Dalmeny is a gorgeous & quiet lovely location. Kirsten was very helpful with some concerns I had. Very accommodating host. She even had something very valuable that was mistakingly left behind by my son, posted back to us. Very thoughtful gesture indeed.
