We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. This property is located on a central road, so there is street noise. If you're looking to have a quiet rural getaway, this property is not recommended.

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

The garage is not available for guest use and is storage space for our cleaning staff who visit throughout the day to pick up cleaning supplies and do laundry. They have a separate entrance from outside the house.

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

• We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.

• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
