Amazing family getaway

Lovely home

Overall our stay was great! The house is spacious and welcoming. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The front outdoor space was lovely for the grandkids to play in. The management company was very responsive to any issues and the house was well stocked with cooking supplies.

Great fit for our family!

Lovely home that was perfect for our family trip of 18. The home has lovely areas for gathering on the main floor or the basement. The rooms were generously sized for the most part. I love that there were so many king size beds, didn't have to flip a coin for one! Honestly wish we could have stayed for one addition night as it went too fast. Hot tub was great on the cold day! We did have one little issue which was no fault of anyone, one of the thermostats went out but the property manager was super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. Close to Winter Park skiing and convenient grocery shopping right around the corner. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms on the main floor! Thanks, would love to visit again sometime.

Excellent ski getaway for big groups!

We chose this location for my 30th birthday and everyone had a wonderful time! The hosts were fantastic - very responsive and able to help us if we had any questions or last minute changes (ex: late check-out related to airport shuttle delays). The discounted lift tickets we had access to through the house were a great perk to help make sure all our guests were able to take advantage of the nearby mountains. Comfortable beds, high quality cooking equipment, nice amenities, overall very highly recommend! The only challenge / surprise we ran into was that the beds / rooms listed online did not 100% match the house itself - we had to make some last minute changes to sleeping arrangements when we got there, but overall we made it work fairly easily and the size of the house provided some different options we could work with. I think they mentioned they were going to update the listing so this will not be an issue for future groups, and for our group we made it work, but never hurts to double check. They are very friendly and responsive for questions.

Listing Was Not Accurate, Very Flawed Communication

We stayed here as part of a professional company retreat. Unfortunately, the property bedrooms are very inaccurately described in the listing. Bedrooms within bedrooms isn't how it was described, meaning professional boundaries and privacy wasn't available. Additionally, a misunderstanding of check-out time caused us to find a plan B with a struggle and the trip was thrown into a bit of chaos. We will seek other homes for future retreats.

Family Reunion

This house worked so well for us. We were there for a family reunion and had plenty of room for everybody. We did wish there would’ve been a second full size refrigerator. The location was great for all of our adventures!

Comfortable and Roomy

The home is nice and roomy although some of the photographs made it look bigger than it is, particularly the kitchen. We had children of all ages and it was comfortable for everyone. It is an ideal spot for skiing and winter sports and the kids enjoyed the large yard to play in the snow. Thank you for the opportunity for our family to make some great memories.

Beautiful home to stay with some minor issues that were mostly resolved!

We loved the home. We had some issues with housekeeping, plumbing and heat. The home just needs a deep cleaning...we understand about staffing shortages however. The management was wonderful and addressed all of our requests as the heat was not working and quite a few plumbing issues. I would stay here again!!! So nothing that was detrimental to the time with our family!!!! The home is huge and in a beautiful setting. We also loved we were able to bring our dogs...huge bonus!

Great place for friends and family reunion

We had good times and enjoyed the stay. Very close to the town and quick access to the Fraser Tubing Hill. This house is designed to cover 5 families even through it has 7 bedrooms for comfort and privacy reason. One of the upstairs bedroom doesn't have window. Master bedroom leads to the bunk bedroom. I will be happy to go back for future stay but not with 6-7 families. Very friendly and helpful property management team to work with.

House was expensive and so you expect a high quality! Property was disappointing, furniture was cheap, driveway and walkways were Iced, huge ice cycles hanging from the roof, walkway to the hot tub was complete ice causing multiple people to slip and fall, no salt on premises. One of the beds was as hard as the floor!

Location is beautiful, but because of elevation hard to breath buy oxygen can helps. Very disappointed the home was very dirty.

Perfect for large groups, beautiful views

I cannot say more about this beautiful home! The location is beautifully set into the mountains making you feel like you’re in your own little oasis, but then there’s also a Safeway/town a minute down the road in case you need anything. The fully stocked kitchen allowed our large group to save money by cooking all of our meals at the house. The 12 person dining room table was perfect for us to eat together and play card games. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in, and the hot tub was a major hit. The host was extremely quick to respond and communicate. Highly recommend!

A GREAT HOUSE IN FRASER, CO

Our annual family vacation was a fun one in this great house in Fraser. We were delighted to stay at such a nice place that allowed pets. The space was phenomenal with an extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a terrific set-up for families with small kids off of the main floor master bedroom. The only reason for a less than 5 star rating was the spotty housekeeping that we found. I put it down to a lack of cleaning staff possibly due to the Covid virus. The house overall was clean but some areas had been missed. I would still highly recommend this rental home.

Great location, plenty of room, & excellent property management service

We recently rented this house for a family gathering of 11, 10 adults and one teen. We rent a VRBO house in the Colorado Mountains every year, and we especially love the Fraser/Grandy area. The good: Location is fabulous - convenient to everything (town, hiking, lakes, and more), pet-friendly (able to bring our dog, but the bad was that so are other renters, and the previous renters did NOT pick up after their dog - not a house issue but made for unpleasant pickup effort for me), plenty of room for everyone, comfortable bedrooms overall, nice decks, and a large driveway which was great for our family cornhole tournaments. Kitchen fully stocked, lots of room at the kitchen table. The hot tub is excellent. Furniture in living rooms very comfortable. Beautiful view from the back deck! The not so good: Several cleanliness issues, which I reported to the very responsive property manager, door handles on two bedrooms were loose/fell off (in need of repair), the front yard is full of thistles, the bunk room is not accomodating for anyone but smaller kids - very squeaky. The bunk room is like a large closet in one of the master bedrooms. While the kitchen table is huge and accommodates a lot of people, the chairs are made of cheap metal and not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. The ice maker in the kitchen freezer was broken so we had to go purchase bags of ice. No kleenex/tissues in bathroom (so bring your own). You can tell this place is rented a lot and rented hard. The pictures online make it look newer and larger than it really is. The owner and property manager were fabulous to work with and very responsive and appreciated my feedback to make the place better for future renters. We older adults were less satisfied than the younger adults who thought it was a great house.

Perfect location

The house worked beautifully for our large family . The house is surrounded by tall Pines and you can see the mountains from the back deck! There is also a large front porch where you can gather and visit. The house seems secluded even though there is a neighbor but you don’t really notice that. The house is supplied with immediate essentials like paper towels and toilet paper! There are enough towels for everyone! We would highly recommend this house, it worked for our large family and if we can get the whole family together again we will try to come back.
