Even during the busiest days of Surfside, this porch is one of the quietest and most peaceful spots on the island. Not only can you feel the ocean breeze from this deck, but you will hear the waves. Enjoy coffee and cocktails while watching surfers ride the waves.
If you enjoy fun dining and live music, we are just a few minutes from the favorite hangouts.
AMMENATIES: With a whole house filtration and reverse osmosis filtration system at the sink, there is no need to bring loads of water.
Feel free to use our supplied beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, outdoor shower, and grill.
With Wi-Fi and smart TVs in all bedrooms and living, you can stream your shows or use our Xfinity service to get your local news and shows. We also have board games for family fun.
Plenty of cooking appliances, pots, pans, utensils, 12 cup coffee maker, crock pot, and dishwasher.

We have covered parking for two cars and will allow for a total of four cars on the property.
SLEEPING: To sleep 6 people, the main bedroom has a king size bed, while the second and third bedroom have queen size beds.
