Please be aware this tiny home is in the backyard of a larger house, however a 6 foot privacy fence separates the two. There is only parking available for ONE car.

- To access the home, you will need to walk down a gravel path (see photos). This may be cumbersome for people with heavy bags. Please ensure this listing will fit your needs before booking.

- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

- This home shares a driveway with a main home on a separate lot. Please only park on the gravel pad, NOT the paved driveway.
