Welcome to our cozy and newly-built studio nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of small-town charm and modern amenities.

Description:
Our snug studio, attached to a townhouse also available for short-term rental, provides a private entrance and designated space for an intimate atmosphere. The compact yet welcoming design ensures functionality and comfort.

The Space:
The studio features a thoughtfully designed open floor plan with a wall-mounted table, ideal for light work or your furry friend's cozy retreat. While petite, it offers a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The upgraded pullout couch with a memory foam topper ensures a restful night's sleep, though please note it's not a traditional bed.
Storage is simplified with a petite closet, complete with hangers and drawers.

The bathroom is nice and feature walk-in shower and a window for natural light.

Guest Access:
Enjoy your own space, private entrance, and yard. Street parking is available, and the driveway is reserved for guests in the main house upstairs.

Other Things to Note:

The kitchenette is suitable for coffee, tea, and light meal heating.
Expect some noise from the main house and street (airplanes, trains, trucks).
Studio size: Approximately 240 sq ft.

Compact studio bedroom

This place was great for the location in Troutdale and near the wedding venue of a friend I was visiting. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and well-organized for the small space. However, something I did not expect but later re-read from the listing is that the upstairs part of the house is also rented out by the VRBO host so downstairs noise travels easily. I was woken quite abruptly around 6 AM by a family of young kid(s) running around, slamming house cabinets, and yelling loudly down the hallways. Aside from the noisy upstairs guests/tenants, the stay was convenient and okay for what I needed for one-night.

A bit small for 2 people

This was a very nice property but quit small, meaning that it’s great for 1 person, but 2 people would find it ver difficult to get comfy. Also there are no steps just dirt and gravel that you need to manuver over to reach the studio located at back of the house. It is not clearly marked.

Bice little studio in Troutdale

This was a clean little studio space VERY close to Edgefield, where I was atte ding a concert. Great price and communicatev and friendly host! I recommend this spot!!!

Excellent condo-style apartment at the start of the Columbia River Gorge scenic highway

The property was neat, clean, and modern. All the amenities of home, with a comfortable bed, and ample bathrooms for more. It was just my spouse and I, but we were comfortable in our stay, with easy access to all the stuff we wanted to do on the east side of Portland.

birthday get-away for Edgefield concert

Other than having an "Atmospheric River" as deemed by the weathermen for this evening @ Edgefield and non-stop rain at an outdoor event; it was a nice overnighter. We did not pick (even though it is listed in the description) up on the memory foam mattress pad being in the storage area until the morning after, and as such the pull out sofa was a little hard. Had we used the pad, as intended it would have been fine. Note: not the owners fault....Rental is nice- new, clean place, albeit very small, but it is a studio and advertised as such. about 3/4 mile from Edgefield main bldg., so walking is not too bad. Thanks! .
