Great place for 2. Very clean and the extras provided (bath products and snacks) were appreciated. Bed was comfortable and parking was easy and only 1/2 block away. Very close to freeway, grocery stores store, restaurants and coffee shop

The house is perfectly functional for 2 people. It was very clean and well organized! We appreciated having coffee there for the first morning and ice in the freezer! The bed was very comfortable. The house was easy to find.

Roomier than I expected, with comfy furniture and a compact but functional kitchen. Easy walk to transit and Kenton shops, and lots of little hospitable details like earplugs. Host was very responsive about a minor issue which I both caused and solved -- but good to know that if I did need help it would've been there.

Nice little place; parking would have been nice but we were able to find a place a block away. Needs two beds for the price but the Futon was Ok. Only found one older market nearby. Parts of the neighborhood are rough but locals are friendly. Host contacted us about a circuit breaker that popped the next day. Anna was helpful throughout An excellent choice for the racetrack, Uber was 10 one way and the track is 1.6 miles walking distance. Lady next door seem scared of us but had a nice outdoor garden..

So I loved the proximity to where I needed to be. Comfortable set up, separate bedroom from living area. Shower excellent pressure. I would like to see some "refresh" details...minor repairs to show care is given. Spackle - paint, cabinets in kitchen show dinge wear and tear. Curtain rods in living area need the nobs on ends so it won't fall down while trying to close curtains. I wish I had stayed long enough to use the patio. Loved the peace and quiet, even so close to the freeway.

Great stay

We enjoyed our one night stay! The rental met allour needs for 4 people. It was a great location that was just minutes from the expo center and racetrack.

Cute North Portland spot

Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack!

Surprisingly quiet retreat

I always appreciate location and this one surprised me with the convenience to locations like the store and good restaurants as well as how quiet it was considering how close to I5 it is. The bed was soft and the showerhead was a good height. The bathroom was snug since the washer and dryer were in there, but manageable. There is on street parking that is shaded.

Our stay here was unfortunately a bit rough. The neighborhood didn’t feel very welcoming. There was quite a bit of trash around outside, and we frequently heard yelling and honking outside. Street parking was also challenging, and we often had to park near the end of the block.Check-in itself was easy, but when we entered the unit, there was a strong odor of smoke mixed with a chemical smell. We tracked part of it down to a mop bucket, which we moved outside. The smoke smell improved after a few hours while we were out, but it wasn’t a great first impression.That night, we discovered the bed sloped significantly toward the center, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We initially tried to ignore it, but by 3 a.m. we had to move to the sofa bed, which wasn’t much better. The next morning, we contacted the property manager, who was responsive and came by to try to fix the issue. While they made an effort, the bed continued to dip, so we ended up using the sofa bed for the remainder of our stay. It’s worth noting that a new bed frame was being delivered, so this may be resolved for future guests.Overall, the property felt somewhat worn and in need of maintenance. Several items, like bathroom hooks and the door’s security lock, were either loose or improperly installed, which made the space feel less safe and well-kept than expected.We were able to make do for the weekend, but it's difficult to want to reccommend this property with the number of issues we had.
