This house is located in downtown Clarksville, less than 2 miles from APSU, F&M Bank Arena, and a variety of restaurants and bars. It is just a short 20 minutes to Fort Campbell area. The home sits on a tree lined lot on a bluff, with a seasonal view, overlooking the Red River. It features an open concept living on the main level with all 3 bedrooms located on the second level. Great for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stylish place to stay. Prior to booking please become familiar with the House Rules. This property is a smoke-free and pet-free.

The home was pristine! The interior is bright and airy. It looks just as it does in the pictures. The street was quiet and super close to Austin Peay. Debby was prompt in communicating and was able to accommodate a request regarding the youngest member of our party. The little snacks were a nice touch!We make this trip yearly and look forward to staying again!Unrelated, but there was a family of owls in the trees at the edge of the yard. It was absolutely charming!

Visiting my family for Easter

This location was great for us. I am familiar with Clarksville since I grew up here. It was nice to have a place that was very clean and the amenities were awesome! The personal touches when we arrived was the cherry on top!

Great VRBO Experience!

Enjoyed our stay at Beauty Bluff! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked well allowing 6 of us to get ready for the wedding. Beautifully decorated!

One of my favorites

We are frequent visitors to this area and this home easily became my favorite. It is very clean, spacious, very comfortable beds and had all the extras you could ask for.

Great Property

Well priced and excellent central location. Clean and well decorated. The beds were SUPER comfy! Parking was a bit challenging with neighbors utilizing the street space in front of the rental. Would ABSOLUTELY use again.

New house near APSU

This house was perfect for our Clarksville visit! It was very clean, looked new and had plenty of kitchen space for cooking and congregating. Loved the open concept and the bedrooms on the upper floor. The location is near APSU and downtown Clarksville making it perfect for college visits! Highly recommend if you’re coming to Clarksville!

Best place ever

This property was amazing! The home is exactly like the pictures - spectacular and extremely clean. Debby was very quick to respond to any question we had. We were about 15 minutes from our daughter who lives in Clarksville. We would love to stay again!

Great new home in a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick the respond to any questions we had. Great communication. The house is new and we were the first to stay. Hidden Clarksville Gem

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay in Clarksville, this option is a very solid choice! The host was very attentive and thorough making sure our experience was all it could be - and it was. So much so that they asked what our favorite music was. When we arrived, Sinatra was on the turn table waiting for us. This property is tucked away at the end of a quiet little neighborhood. The house itself was superbly decorated, absolutely spotless and made to feel like a home away from home. A quiet wooded backyard offers solitude and privacy. On the day we arrived, a mother deer and her baby were seen grazing in the backyard. Even the bed in the master bedroom was of note -way beyond comfortable. This is a wonderful property. I highly recommend this spot!

We are California transplants, but couldn’t be happier with our choice. We moved to Clarksville in July of 2022.

We are as close as a mom and her son could be and enjoy making memories. We have given up big birthday parties and gifts, in exchange, for getting to know our world. We enjoy traveling anywhere, really, but we love the water!

This is our first Airbnb and hope you and your family will find it as comfy as we intended it to be.

We chose this neighborhood because it was proximity to downtown and the river. We specifically chose his home because it was at the end of the street and very private. There are many new homes being built in this area too!
