This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo has been completely renovated!!! Renovations started late fall of 2023 and were completed early winter of 2024. Maison Sur Mer is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach and you will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious ocean view condo. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

The recent upgrades included all new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture, new decor, new appliances, new HVAC system, new kitchen furnishings, upgraded bathrooms and upgraded kitchen. This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes/Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, private bathrooms for each bedroom, a spacious ocean view balcony with dining table and loungers as well as a full size washer & dryer.

Overall, our favorite place to stay so far!

Did you read the rules

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Miserable. Don't get me wrong...the condo was spotless and beautiful, but the air conditioner couldn't keep up, the fan in the second bedroom didn't work, and the security guards need an attitude adjustment. Don't back in to park. I did and was told I wasn't supposed to so I got back in my car and fixed the "problem." Went back outside 20 minutes laterto find a note on the windshield telling me not to back in lol.Don't walk outside of your room with any kind of drink open (monster, sprite, ect.No beach access after 10:00.Long story short... if you're 70 years old and need to be treated like a elementary school student you'll love this place.The rental people were great and super nice. The one lady at the front desk of the property was super sweet and helpful. The $250.00 a day Xplorie thing didn't work due to "reservation not found,"We are glad to be home.

The condo at Maison-sur-mer was very nice, clean and location was great! The condo has been recently renovated and very nicely decorated. We were very happy with the unit overall, the hotel was safe and security really controls access to the property. The pool was nice with cooler water that was refreshing and the pool bar was nice. The checkin & checkout process was very outdated as we needed to stop at the reality office to pickup access keys and sign paperwork. The maintenance representatives were great but couldn’t help with the faulty air conditioning. The unit air conditioning wouldn’t get below 74 degrees during the day which was very warm and we made multiple calls to maintenance and they wouldn’t do much unless it goes above 80 degrees which was pretty crazy and the guest bedroom ceiling fan was broken and the room got above 80 degrees and we had to buy 2 box fans to circulate the hot air so my kids could sleep. The master shower water would also not get hot but I didn’t report that. The slide door handle was also loose and eventually broke. So we feel that there are a lot of mechanical issues that need to be addressed. If we could’ve got the air fixed it would’ve been a great vacation and we would return Overall it was a nice place.

Wonderful stay!

First- the beds are GREAT! NOT HARD! I have a very bad back and slept great! No pressure points! Second - CLEAN! Adding to that the condo had a 😊 of selection of cooking equipment and kitchen needs. I do agree that dark out curtains would be an added bonus, and the remotes need batteries. Very quiet location and friendly people. All and all, highly recommend!

The Escape We Needed

Perfect location for a much needed adult vacation! Quiet spot, on the beach, away from the tourist traps but close enough that you could enjoy them if you wanted to. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and just right for four adults. LOVED the rainfall shower! The balconies were perfect to have coffee in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset in the evening. The building is super secure. Key cards needed to get in the building and to access the beach. We Ubered to Murrells Inlet one night but Barefoot Landing is a short drive away. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful property but lacking

Stunning property but it lacked the warmth that we have had at other Maison sur Mer properties. I noticed it was for sale and it showed like it was being staged. Not even a coffee filter was offered in the cabinets (usually there are some cleaning supplies, i.e. windex, fantastic. Some saran wrap, baggies - absolutely nothing but a salt & pepper shaker.

GREAT VIEW AND SUPER CLEAN!

The condo was newly remodeled and was nicely done. Could use some blackout or darker cutains in the bedrooms. We arrived April 3rd it was a bit chilly during our stay. The pool was not opened yet and unfortunate that you couldn't use the pool lounge/chairs to lay by the pool as the condo does not have any beach chairs for the renters. Traveling by plane you are limited. The check out process could be move convenient by not having to drive back to the office to drop off keys. Good place for adults that are looking to relax and chill. Property was super nice and great location!

Awesome experience

Condo was clean and just as pictured. We booked this condo for a girls trip. When we arrived we were greeted by Dylan, the nicest most professional maintenance man. The ac had froze up and apparently leaked onto the water heater and caused some electrical issues meaning we had no air conditioning or hot water. Victoria and Dylan were awesome and immediately offered us another location but we opted to have faith in Dylan and Cody (another maintenance worker) to get the air back on at least for the night. Lo and behold they did and we had hot water the next morning. The stay was awesome. The location is great. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely be rebooking. Victoria was so wonderful and we were very grateful for everything she and Dylan did to accommodate us and make sure we had an enjoyable trip. They went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

No remote for tv in living area. Second bathroom very nice and had been updated. Master bath needs work. The condo needs paint and other repairs. Kitchen adequate. TV in master needs to be mounted on the wall. Beds comfortable but bedspread needs to be replaced. Dishwasher rack does not stay on track. Does not have any beachy feel. Maison sur mer is an excellent property. Grounds well kept and great security. North Beach Realty was excellent to work with.
