• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.
• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. If you are looking for a quiet place to crash after touring Nashville and get ready for the next tour, this is a great place to sleep.
The management company did a fair job communicating with us and warning us about construction in the area.
The pictures are not very accurate. Pictures give an accurate rep of the rooms, bedrooms, and spaces you will use. However, the steep numerous steps to just get to the main space are a bit much, not to mention the mountain to climb to the amazing view from the roof deck. Also, there is no real cookware to use—skillets, pans, etc.
The location leaves much to be desired. It is going through a transition but is sketchy and not a safe place for a run or walk (Lots of wire, barred windows and doors on all the houses). Our crew that used Google Maps could not find the place, but Apple Maps did a decent job of finding it. It was an accomplishment to arrive and claim you found it—and we all live in the area.
The place was mostly clean, but the bathrooms needed a deep clean. One of the coffee pots still had old coffee in it, so we avoided it. All other kitchen appliances were really new and in great shape.
Very easy check-in and simple clean-up and check-out instructions.
