Come enjoy Silver Lake with fun and relaxation around every corner. This lake house nestled in the woods is a lakefront getaway on the calm spring-fed waters of All-Sport Silver Lake. Spend your days relaxing in the summer, with majestic colors and fires in the fall, or snowshoeing, skiing and ice fishing in the winter. Hike the trails or play 18 down the road followed by a sunset on the deck and the hot tub for a perfect night.


LOCATION-
This respite is only 2.5 hours Northwest of Detroit and 1.5 hours north of Grand Rapids. Come and enjoy, a secluded mid-Michigan respite in nature without ever needing to leave; AND within driving distance of other activities, too! What makes this vacation home so unique is the 60 feet of beach surrounded by woods and nature.

-SURROUNDINGS-
The lake is great for cruising and fishing. Tie up floats to the dock and enjoy your day soaking up the sun! The lake includes plenty of largemouth bass, perch, bluegill, sunfish, and pike, so you are bound to have a good time fishing.
Hiking trails nearby for hiking and cross country skiing. The lake includes plenty of largemouth bass, perch, bluegill, sunfish, and pike, so you are bound to have a good time fishing. ATV/ORV trails and Snowmobile trails are all around. Clare County is known for hundreds of trails including Rocks and Valley off Road Park for serious off road excitement.

There is a private beach, dock, wood burning fire pit, charcoal barbecue, outdoor picnic table, and two sitting decks. The property offers a panoramic lake view of the sun rising from the master bedroom porch every morning. Enjoy a night in the hot tub overlooking the lake and under the lights. The property is very spacious and plenty of room for yard games. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, tv, dinning table for 10, outdoor picnic table, library, movies and board games.


Our cottage sleeps 10 however better suited for a combination of adults and children or smaller groups as the third bedroom is bunk beds.

-- THE LOCATION --
Any ski or golf enthusiasts will enjoy playing a round of golf at the Snow Snake Ski & Golf venue located just 15 minutes away. This destination boasts a pristine 18-hole golf course with excellent reviews. In the winter, they are known as the best tubbing in Michigan. Fun for the entire family with downhill skiing, bar/restaurant, tubbing, and snowboarding.
The town of Lake George is 5-minutes away for all your party store needs and small supplies. If you crave more specialty wine, beer, food drive a few minutes longer into the village of Lake, established during the lumbering era, and visit Lake General Store. A old fashion butcher, handmade sausage, brats, sandwiches and wide variety specialty food items.
Some other ideas not to miss are: drive 20 minutes to Clare for fun, including eating and drinking at the Four Leaf Brewery, taking the kids to the famous cops and donuts, bars, and watching a movie at the old-time movie house. 25 minutes in the other direction, located in Leroy, enjoy wine tasting at Cadillac Winery. Mount Pleasant is 35 minutes away. There are numerous options for fun and relaxation around this lake house, and it depends on how you want to spend your time at this lakefront getaway! There is a public boat launch directly across the lake to bring your boat.

This spacious home is fully equipped with all kitchen equipment and bedroom accessories, so you can just bring your toys, your clothes, personal toiletries, and food to cook in the kitchen or on the charcoal grill, and your time and energy to enjoy and be with your family/friends.
It features:
1550 sq. ft 3 bedrooms - 1-King, 1 -Queen, triple twin bunk bed, and a double twin bunk bed. with a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room.

-Summer rentals, Check in is 4pm Sunday. Check out is either 10am the following Saturday or Sunday. Min. 6 day rentals May 29-Sept. 4th.

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings. The lake house is not big enough for large groups.
- If evidence of additional over-night guests is found, additional fees will apply
-Please remember this is quiet and peaceful lake. Please respect quiet and no-wake hours.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
A free public boat launch is available to launch your boat etc. There is no wake from 7:00pm-11am. This allows for both high energy boating and quiet-time for fishing or relaxing by the bonfire( please note firewood can be purchased locally and not supplied by owner).
