"Unplug & Play" to enjoy old-fashioned family fun. Multiple families/couples will be comfortable in spacious rooms & accommodations for up to 13 people. Located across the street from Crooked Lake, enjoy a lovely view of the lake from our raised deck & lake access across the street. The backyard & front deck are fenced in for the safety of the little ones. The rental includes the use of a paddle boat, kayaks, and bikes. Off-season check-in at 10 a.m. check-out at 4 p.m.

Bonus bed in the basement is a twin bed with a trundle, or it converts into a king-size bed.

The full basement has ample room to spread out and includes a bedroom, family room, large game table, playroom, and laundry room.

There is also a mudroom between the deck and the kitchen.

Local activities include boating, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and relaxing!

Rental includes the use of our bikes, kayaks, and paddle boat.

Lake access is across the street and a swimming beach is less than a mile away.

Pere Marquette Rail to Trail biking trail is 2 miles away.

Other things to note-
Our home is set on a spacious lot across the street from Crooked Lake, Lake MI with public lake access across the street. We have a lovely view of the Lake from our raised deck to enjoy any time of the day. The backyard and front deck are fenced in for the safety of the little ones. There is a handicap ramp from the sidewalk into the patio door. We have a large garage with a table and minifridge available for firepit activities and the storage of your gear and our bikes, kayaks, and paddleboat which are all included in the rental fee.

Neighborhood description-
Crooked Lake is a 264-acre spring-fed, all-sports lake located in Garfield Township situated in the Southwest corner of Clare County, Michigan. Crooked Lake is one of several freshwater lakes located in and around the village of Lake, MI. (48632) and it has a healthy fish population of mostly pan fish and Bass with some Pike

Getting around-
We are located at the south side of Crooked Lake 2 miles from the small town of Lake, Michigan for groceries and supplies at a small market, Dollar General store, a gas station/convenience store with fishing bait, and ice cream, and a hardware store. Restaurants are 5 minutes away by car and include a coffee shop, ice cream/fast food shop, bar & grill, and a restaurant. The Pere Marquette Rail to Trail biking/walking path is 2 miles away and can be accessed by crossing the lake by snowmobile.

The Soaring Eagle Casino is 31 miles (36 minutes) away.
