A beautiful Townhouse on a picturesque intercostal waterway in the Terry Cove Harbor with the atmosphere of “home away from home”. Dolphins swimming in the canal daily along with beautiful yachts and boats passing through.

You have the opportunity to catch blue crabs and fish on the private boat slip and dock. Stunning views from all levels on the balconies.

Centrally located a mile from the beach, great restaurants, Publix Grocery Store, the Famous Warf and recreational amenities. During holidays you can enjoy the fireworks from the balconies.

On the ground floor you can enjoy not only the scenery but grilling, blue tooth music and watching Sports/ Live TV.

You can’t help but relax and enjoy the view and peacefullness of the intercostal waterway.

Best vacation rental

The property owner is amazing to work with. The rental is beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be visiting again. We had an awesome trip. Big thank you for allowing us to stay. Definitely a 10 out 10

Cute and quiet

The house was very cute and quiet. Not what I expected. I thought we were getting an actual house but this is not. Lots of supplies available for us to use which was nice. Floors were not clean and made it hard to walk around inside barefoot. Had to clean feet before getting into bed each day.

Great Boat Slip

Going to beach with a boat this is perfect. We have a 35 ft center console so need a larger boat slip. The checkin was super easy and we arrived to a sweet welcome package with wine, fruit, & cheese. It’s a cute little condo with all necessities that was very clean. I only gave it a 4 star just because it’s a little outdated and could use some upgrades but other than that we would re book this rental.

So perfect!!!

Kim was amazing and communicated very well from before our stay even started. She left the lights on for us Annie we were coming in so late and had the place nice and cold. They place was nice and clean but all her little touches are really what made it perfect. The fresh flowers inside AND out! Cold water waiting for us, a gift basket. So great! Having our boat RIGHT outside the door was fabulous!!! Will def be back!! Kim thank you again, my only suggestion would be to please put a king bed in the main room lol. 😂

Very nice quiet place. Definitely a perfect place if you’re bringing your boat. Host is very nice and goes above and beyond to make sure your taken care of.

Best place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The location was perfect for us. We were able to bring our boat and docked it here which made it so nice to have so we could just hop on and ride a short distance over to the islands. Upon arrival, there was soft music playing, fresh flowers and a beautiful gift basket full of some of our favorite items. Kim had waters in the fridge for us and coffee for the Keruig as well. The unit was decorated beautifully and was very clean. We loved sitting outside on the bottom floor sipping coffee in the mornings and listening to the birds chirping next to us. I even got the sweetest picture of one drinking water from the bird bath. Overall, this was probably our favorite place that we have stayed in. Kim was very accommodating would get back to us quickly when I had a question. Checkout/check-in were very easy since we could right there and not have to go somewhere else to get keys. We will definitely be booking again!!
