Seasonal warnings: We do our best to keep the home in its' best condition, however, there are a few things outside of our control that will be dealt with as best we can.
Spring: High winds and dust storms can cause damage
Summer: Excessive heat will cause the pool to be very warm and there is no way for us to cool it.
Late Summer: For a few weeks in mid to late summer there may be an occurrence of boatman bugs, they take up residence in the pools and are very difficult to get rid of.
