The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had a lot of amenities. The kids really enjoyed the pool and games. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family friendly home for teens!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with friends and were very happy with the accommodations. Plenty of room, lots of activities to keep the teens entertained. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Top notch

We have stayed at this house several times while working on a project in the area. It is a top pick for our team to stay. The hosts are always have good communication and the house definitely has a wow factor. Extremely spacious and luxurious. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect for a large group

House was great for our large group. The pool/hot tub heating via an app was great and we enjoyed the back yard. The curb appeal for the house could be improved and the cleanliness could be improved. There were no hairdryers in the house as indicated in the vacation rental ad and some items needed repair.

Great property

The property had everything. It was equipped with every kitchen item you could wish for. The beds were comfortable the bedding was nice. Lots of towel’s. Great BBQ lots of games. Loved the pool table. Liked having a garage for the car. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use. I wish the hot tub was actually a hot tub. Over all I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Trip

Thoroughly impressed with how large this house was and very nice. It has room for everyone and tons of fun board games and game room. The pool and golf was a hit. The hot tub gave us so much trouble and it was broken the first night so we were unable to use it which was such a bummer as it was a necessity when booking the place. It didn’t get fixed until Saturday midday and we were able to use it the last night.

VRBO - Park Heaven

My party stayed at the Park Heaven property in the Coachella Valley for a work trip we had planned with a 13 person team. Throughout our stay, we noticed multiple discrepancies with the listing. The property advertises enough space to comfortable sleep 20 guests, but we found this to be false. The 'pull-out couches' mentioned in the listing turned out to be small chairs unfit for sleeping and the mattresses provided throughout the house were incredibly stiff, making it difficult for anyone to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, throughout our stay, we encountered a complete lack of warm water in the property, which made basic activities such as showering extremely inconvenient for all guests. As guests who spent the weekend working and were looking for a comfortable stay and good night’s sleep, we felt very misled by the listing and left the the property having a less than enjoyable experience.

Nice but not perfect

Property was nice, but not perfect. There was no welcome/checkout binder with instructions about how to use the spa, where TV remotes were located (never found one and each bedroom had a TV) and what needs done upon leaving. No common kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, oil, spices, coffee filters. Only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms and no facial tissue in the bathrooms. I reached out to property manager for assistance and our contact person was never contacted. Pool table cues didn't have felt tips, which could cause damage to the pool table. Overall the stay was fine, house was large and accommodating the 8 of us easily. As this is listed as a luxury property, there should be a little more focus on simple items that one expects in a rental.

Great layout, poor maintenance

First the positives. With a multitude of beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, this house comfortably accommodated our group of eight golfers. Also, the property management company was very responsive (see negatives) when assistance was needed. Now the downside. The mechanical systems were in disrepair, and the house lacked even the basic amenities you typically find in a rental unit. The first thing I noticed was that there was not a single roll of paper towels or napkins and that, other than the rolls in place, no extra toilet paper. Also no aluminum foil ot pots large enough to boil pasta. Fair enough; not a big deal. We went to the store and provisioned. Upon loading the dishwasher for the first time, I couldn’t help but notice one of the rollers was missing, making pulling out the bottom rack tricky. Still okay, only mildly inconvenient. Then came the bad bits. Upon showering, we noticed there was not a drop of hot water, as the heater was broken. The PMC was very responsive and had someone out the next day. All good… until the last night, when the upstairs AC failed. The thermostat worked fine and air came out of the vents, but it was toasty. We didn’t bother calling because we were out early the next morning. I believe this could be a five-star property with just a bit of attention. Even with the noted issues, it still qualified for three. Hope this is helpful.

Great communication, clear policies, and smooth check-in and check-out. The house was fully stocked with amenities, kitchen gear, pool towels, even an extra fridge. I also really appreciated the flexibility in allowing us to do a late checkout for an extra fee. It made our vacation that much more special and non-stressful! Thank you!
