This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find 2 guest rooms + the master bedroom and the laundry room. Each guest room has a queen bed and full closets. The guest bathroom is shared with a full bathroom with double sinks.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, 2 walk-in closets, double sinks, a stand alone shower, jacuzzi tub, and private toilet. You will also find a private infrared sauna in the bedroom.

On the main level of the home there is a large office equipped with a desk and chair. The main living room has a large, rounded couch, coffee table, fireplace, and a new 65" smart tv and record player that is also bluetooth compatible. Off of the living room is the front balcony that is fully furnished for our guests. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking water views. There is an additional family room with plenty of seating and a gas fireplace. The formal dining room can seat up to 6.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials that provide guests with everything they need to make a delicious meal (pots, pans, dishware, salt, pepper, oil, etc.)
There is a 5 burner gas range stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator ready for our guests to use at their pleasure.

In the backyard you will find covered seating with BBQ and BBQ essentials.

At the bottom level of the home is the dedicated entertainment space. Mix up some cocktails at the wet bar/kitchenette and enjoy your favorite movie on the 86" tv!
