Quite possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed. Fabulous welcome, house is outstanding in every way, the views are breathtaking. None of us wanted to leave, we definitely want to come back.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Even the weather cooperated. Had originally planned on going out for dinner on our first night but on arrival, we just couldn’t leave! The fully equipped kitchen made dinner prep a breeze and we were able to enjoy an evening on the patio enjoying the spectacular views.

A well equipped comfortable home with amazing views, beautiful sunsets 
. The whole house was immaculate. the kitchen was equipped with everything a cook would need. While we brought our own, The owners are very kind in providing extra everything for a nice cup of coffee, tea
 and the hospitality of a hotel with nice towels, bathrobes and shampoo dispensers. While i think the stairs to the downstairs bedroom are difficult for older people, my 80 friend proved me wrong and never used the outdoor access to that area. The outdoor area is huge with beautiful gardens and designed/sitting areas to enjoy its beauty and great views. Overall it was a great friends getaway place. Hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Summer in Seattle

We came here for a summer concert in the city, great location, close enough to the city to take it vantage of all the things there. Beautiful home and property, meticulously maintained. Everything you would want in a vacation rental was there, in the right place and easy to find. Maybe the best vacation rental I've stayed at in 20 years.

Best VRBO property

Had an amazing experience at the cottage. Steve and Deb were amazing hosts and ensured we had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained and relaxed. The property has phenomenal views and the landscaping was excellent. The price for the value was spot on and I can’t wait to book again next time I’m in Washington.

Couldn't be better...!

This was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever rented; and I have used VRBO exclusively for over 15 years. Location was excellent, cottage is lovely, communication with owners... wonderful! The view and outdoor space couldn't be beat. Beds and furniture are all very comfortable. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Cookware is all in excellent condition. I will definitely stay here again, when visiting family in Tacoma. Highly recommended.

Dash Point Cottage is removed from the city, up on the bluff, in a panoramic setting, yet only minutes from restaurants and shops. It is magical in the serenity of watching the water and sky from inside with the great span of windows, or outside from the expansive property and seating areas. One day it rained for awhile, and we delighted in turning on the gas log fireplace, even in late May it was so cozy! We have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well equipped, especially the kitchen, with the array of utensils, gadgets, bags and wrap and lidded containers for grocery items, and so much more! They even have a gel pack in the freezer if needed, and I used it when I was going to make a bag of ice for my knee. Our stay was incredible, and now it's your turn!

We absolutely LOVED the yard! You obviously put a lot of time and effort into the designing and maintaining of each space. It was gorgeous! The inside of the home was thoughtfully and lovingly decorated as well. Thanks for sharing about the history of the house and the original owners. Kudos to the family for all the improvements they’ve done to the home and property over the years. We enjoyed our stay immensely; especially the views through the large picture windows, and sitting outside watching the sun set in the evenings.

Amazing Property

The grounds and views from this place were breathtaking. So beautiful!! We had a small family wedding there and it was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t have been any better. The cottage is very cute and comfy. We had 6 adults stay there and it was a perfect size. One of the best Vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. They were equipped with absolutely everything you’d ever need. They even provided chairs for the wedding. Wonderful hosts!!

Perfectly located & so peaceful

Stayed there for a family trip to see family we havent seen in 10 years and this place was PERFECT! It is conveniently located to visit family that live north and south of seattle. Able to just relax and take in the view of Puget Sound was such an amazing benefit during a busy week of visiting famoly and seeing the typical tourist sites. We can not wait to visit again & book this home
