Perched on Paradise is a nineteen-fifties homesteader ranch with million dollar views. Very few houses around.

The house has an open concept with multiple areas for entertaining, both inside and out. Step onto the uniquely designed deck and relax in our brand new hot tub or in our cowboy tub. A charming aspect to the home is a Norwegian wood-burning stove to enjoy during chilly nights.

Some things to note:

- After many months our new hot tub has arrived. Yay!!

- Our round pool is an unheated cowboy tub recessed into the deck. It's approximately 2.5 feet deep.

- If you book, make sure you read the driving directions we provide because following your GPS will get you lost!

We've been having issues with guests tampering with the properties pest control boxes. These are a necessary evil that is needed if you want to continue to be able to enjoy the spa and cowboy pool. As of 5/5/2022, if anyone is caught or I become aware that any guest is tampering with them I will implement a $500 penalty fee and alert Airbnb to this behavior. We love animals too but also want you to be able to enjoy your stay.
