Overall great location and as described. This place was extremely clean except for the ceiling fan in one bedroom which was too dusty to use. That is the only thing that wasn't up to 5 stars on cleanliness, so I ranked it 5 stars anyway. Well equipped kitchen had everything one would typically need. Quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Great seafood in the area and Pop Brothers, although a bit pricey for popsicles, was delicious and different! A couple of seafood crackers would be great additions to the kitchen. Light fixture in bedroom with busted globe needs to be addressed. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens were clean and in adequate number. If I was in the area again, wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

Nice Place

We had everything we needed and it was comfortable and we felt safe. Location is awesome! Only thing we weren’t crazy about was the narrow stairs that made it difficult to get items upstairs. Definitely not a huge deal. The location makes up for it.

A disappointing stay

The host forgot we were coming despite clearly having a reservation and communicating in advance, so when there were no check in instructions at 4pm, we spent a lot of time trying to reach the host and get a door code. There was a huge dead bug on the kitchen floor when we finally got inside and the host wasn't too concerned about that either (just mentioned there might be bug spray under the sink). The apartment is fine, roomy enough for a group of 3 or 4 with a deck overlooking a pretty street. The fridge works but is clearly a few years old and the bathroom caulking could use an upgrade. One nice aspect is the place is close enough to walk to coffee or dinner or the beach. It was a disappointing trip overall. We felt unwelcome. The host never responded after the bug spray comment.

Great location!

You can see the beach from the fabulous, shaded balcony. Walked to restaurants and aquarium. Perfect location! It was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Conference Getaway

Pretty place with a great balcony. Easy walk to the beach, aquarium, or restaurant nearby. Easy drive to the casinos or other places of interests. Owner communicated well leading up to the trip and then during in case we had any problems.

Great location for beach and restaurants

We love this house for the location close to many restaurants and the beach. It is very walkable. Coffee shop across the street and views of the water. Large balcony is a plus!

Super Location

Worked perfectly for our mini marathon Unit is a little tired
 sofas torn, coffee table wobbled, needs some TLC, but location super for our needs. Manager was on the spot👍

Perfect Location!

Weekend trip to take granddaughter and family to see the Gulfport Harbour light festival. Win win because we got into aquarium free with light festival tickets. Apartment was in walking distance to both - another win. Owner was very responsive to any questions prior to trip. Recommend 100%

We enjoyed our stay in Gulfport. The apartment was exactly what we needed. It was clean and enough space for 4 people. The balcony was a huge plus and the contact with Don was very nice

CUTE & Easy Access

Cute upper unit.Plenty of space.Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were better than some big hotel chains. Good communication with owner. Hope to be able to come back soon.

We love this property so much! It’s within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We love the architecture and especially drinking coffee and relaxing on the upstairs porch. The apartment is always clean and well stocked! We will be coming back!

Location, location, location!

The apartment itself is nice. The best part is the fabulous front balcony with beautiful oak trees all around. Spent a lot of time enjoying that! The apartment is well located near downtown Gulfport, right off Beach Blvd. Super easy to get anywhere you want to go. Neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. The apartment is upstairs and the stairway is fairly narrow and steep (just an FYI). Everyday supplies could have been stocked better but the host, Don, was easy to get hold of and responded quickly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!
