Be very cautious

Upon arrival, the property was filled with cobwebs, cigarette butts inside of the fire pit dishes with food residue stuck on them not to mention the driveway is incredibly steep and hard to get up and even harder to get out of. I could be wrong, but I didn’t see that anywhere in the property listing so if you’re coming with a car that is low, it’s probably best to take another one. We still enjoyed ourselves and made the best out of the trip. Now upon check out I was hit with a bunch of fees for things that I did not do be very aware take pictures and videos because they will try to hold you accountable for things that are not true and try to pressure you into making a payment. I am currently reporting the property manager for these such accusations so when staying here be careful

Beautiful escape

We had a wonderful stay at the mountain property. It was perfect for me and my adult children. We loved the games and the ping pong table! The owner/manager was responsive when we had questions. I hope to stay there again next summer!

Great house for a relaxing family vacation

It's a great place to stay! It is a quiet neighborhood, there were fun games for different ages, the beds were comfortable, and the property manager responded very quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this home!

Great property!

Easy to check in , and the place had all the items needed for a short weekend. Loved the little coffee bar and a plethora of toys for kids. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice Weekend Getaway

This place was great. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would come back again. The only things missing was an iron, trash bags and instructions on how to use the thermostat. The downs stairs area got pretty warm at night.

Family Thanksgiving

Very nice property to escape for the holidays. Driveway up to property is steep. Be careful of low vehicle clearance. Neighborhood was nice. Grocery store and other stores were nearby for supplies. May want to leave directions for the Nest thermostat, was a little confusing to operate. Perfect place for my family.

Lake arrowhead cabin

The vacation rental was amazing and very enjoyable. There is multiple patios and had lots of space to relax with friends. It was really clean upon arrival and I have no complaints about the stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and unique place to stay in Lake Arrowhead

The house was beautiful inside and out - wonderful patio/deck space on multiple floors and a great outdoor space. Very clean and cozy inside - the beds were very comfortable. A lot of fun things to do inside including ping pong table. Very nice appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher. The location was very convenient - about 5-10 minutes to just about any location including Lake Arrowhead village and a number of the fun restaurants in town. We particularly enjoyed having the ALA passes which are offered with this location that allowed us to go swimming in a designated area requiring passes as well as the Reservoir Loop Trail which is only accessible by passes. We have stayed in numerous properties in Lake Arrowhead over the years and this one was definitely one of our favorites.

Great Getaway Weekend

The cabin was lovely - comfortable and clean beds, with toys, games and puzzles available, and a very nice kitchen with well-maintained appliances. We enjoyed spending time here, playing games, watching movies, and relaxing outside on the deck furniture and hammock. There’s a trailhead at the end of the street, and it’s also walking distance from the lake if you don’t mind a little bit of a hike. Host was very gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

The house was updated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had most everything we needed for the weekend and a store less than 10 minutes away for anything else we didn't have. House is close to town and every where we wanted to go was easily accessed from the property. We will stay again if traveiling back to the area.
