Lakefront with private dock & fire pit - Bunk House Cabin

Bunk House Cabin is a cozy lakefront getaway that offers guests a 5-star experience with incredible scenery and is located just 40 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. This cabin has 2 bedrooms plus a large sleeping loft/play area for the kids. It features a full kitchen with basic utensils and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave etc. If you prefer not to cook, Lakeside Lodge is a full service restaurant and bar just minutes away that also offers rentals for both on and off the water.

The main floor of this beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cabin features the first bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. This level also has a full-sized kitchen, large dining room table and a spacious family room with a fireplace, TV and plenty of room for gathering the whole family.

The loft is the perfect space for the kids to sleep. It has 4 twin beds all in one space for that fun sleepover type feel. On the other side of the loft is the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a private deck that looks over the lake with a view of the dock and fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin with a private fire pit and outdoor areas but will share access of the dock with the cabin next door which can also be rented as a pair for getting multiple groups together. Look for the listing titled "Hidden Bear Cabin" for availability and pricing. Guests will also have access to the Lakeside Lodge which is for community use.

I give my guests space but I live in the area year round and am available when needed.

This cabin is sure to fulfill your dreams of lakeside living in the Rockies. This area is especially known for incredible views, fly fishing, abundant wildlife and an endless network of ATV trails. Yellowstone National Park is a 40 minute drive through beautiful country. Located on the calm, refreshing waters of Island Park Reservoir with Blue Ribbon fishing just down the way and a semi private beach and dock right out the back door, it doesn't get better than this.

Guests will need their own transportation in order to travel around the area as there are no public transportation or ride share services available in the area. There is free on-site parking.

NOTE: This property sits on the cove side of the Island, and later in the summer the water level can drop & recede based on previous snow levels and use. Please note that there is WIFI but there is not cable TV available at the cabin. Cable TV is available at the Lakeside Lodge. Cell phones do work at the cabin should you need them. There is no A/C. No smoking. No pets.
