Located in the tranquil resort style community of Legacy Dunes, this perfect home away from home sleeps 7 people comfortably and is just minutes from Disney, Margaritaville, other theme parks, multiple shops and restaurants. This is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends.

****Our checking in window is from 3PM to 12AM. Please understand that the reason we have a check-in window is because we need to be alert and awake to be able to give you access to the main gate when you arrive at the property since we will be getting a phone call to let you in. There is no front desk like your typical hotels.

NOTE: There will be an extra charge of $50 per night per additional guest (after the 7th guest) if you bring additional guest other than the listed on the reservation. Please always provide the total (possible not to exceed 7 persons) guest so we can leave towels and extra linens for them.

The space
This delightful Villa is equipped with the following:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, with TV and private bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds
All rooms have a walk in closet and Roku TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bathtub.
Full size sofa bed, Full kitchen, Wash/Dryer and free Wi-Fi.
Free onsite parking for standard vehicles only, no RV parking allowed.

Note before you book:
We provide some complimentary items. Once these items have been used, guests will need to buy these items if more is needed. Stores are 3-5 minutes away.

Bathrooms:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
> Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash per bathroom
> 1 small trash bag for the bin
> Hair Dryer per bathroom.

Kitchen:
> 2 large trash bag for kitchen
> 2 dishwashing pods
> Small amount of liquid detergent
> 1 roll of paper towel
> Cleaning cloth washing sponge, and disinfectant solution.
> K-cup coffee, sugar, splenda, coffee creamer, tea.

Laundry:
> Clothes Detergent and dryer sheets.
> Iron and Ironing board.
> Cleaning equipment (mop, broom, dust pan).

Condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor.
During your stay, we will be available through the application from 8AM - 9PM for inquiries. There is a security cameras outdoors for safety. No cameras are indoors for your privacy. Additionally we don’t allow packages (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc) to be delivered to the property. There will be an additional charge of $150 if you do.
