Located in a friendly & family oriented association and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Beautiful white sand beaches in the sought after town of Lavallette!
Our home is equipped with nearly everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, keurig and blender. Margarita & wine glasses provided for your happy hour cocktails and a bluetooth speaker.

Tiled floors throughout, a/c & ceiling fans. The house also has jalousie windows throughout that provide an awesome cross breeze since we are located in between the ocean and bay on a street with no through traffic. HDTV's in livingroom and in each bedroom with wifi & internet, Roku, HBOMax & Netflix.

Natural gas Weber grill and beautiful outdoor living space!! Plus no stairs!

Guests have access to 6 back pack beach chairs and umbrella for fun in the sun. You can also enjoy a day of crabbing with the provided trapping gear! Summer Sweets Ice Cream, Colonial Bakery, Bakin' Bagels, Ohana Grille, Runners Seafood Restaurant & Market, Castaways Pub and Lavallette Liquors all in walking distance 1-4 blocks!
The center of Lavallette is about 1/2 mile away and a nice walk to shopping, mini golf, bike rentals and countless places to eat. Acme Supermarket is 3 miles away, Seaside Boardwalk 3.5 miles and Point Pleasant 8 miles. Enjoy all the action and return to peace and tranquility!

Renters are required by OBSC1 to purchase weekly badges (credit card only) for the duration of their stay. Cost is $135 for 6 badges for the week or $14 daily pp
For your safety we have crossing guards, lifeguards and security that patrol the area.

**Renter must be 26 or older and present when any minor is occupying the space.
**No more than 6 overnight occupants is strictly enforced due to occupancy limits and fire code. All guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses and additional guests are not permitted.
**No Pets - No exceptions
**No smoking inside or on outdoor furniture.
**No Parties/Events Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am
**No eating or drinking in bedrooms
**Bedding and towels are not provided. You will need to bring sheets and blankets for 2 full size and 2 twin beds. Jersey Shore Laundry and Linens Rental may be of interest to you. They are 1/2 mile away in Lavallette.
**Renter will place garbage and recycling in proper receptacles and put out for curbside pickup on scheduled days. Trash is Mon & Thur & Recycling is Fri
**Check-Out - Please leave the house as nice when you leave as it was when you arrived. The cleaning fee is meant to sanitize the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, floors, etc. Renter agrees to remove all garbage & food including inside refrigerator/freezer and leave home ready for next rental. Renter agrees to have dirty dishes washed or put in the dishwasher. Dishwasher does not need to be emptied, but a cycle does need to be run.
**Renter shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property of the owner during the term of lease.

A signed rental agreement & $500.00 security deposit is required to stay at the property.
