Just a flip-flop away from the shore, only 4 houses and a 1 minute walk stand between you and the sand. Our beach-block home is nestled on the most private street in Chadwick's beachside community. Whether you're sipping coffee on the front deck with a good book in hand or watching the kiddos bike up and down the block, this home is your cue to unplug, unwind, and pretend it's 1943! Our lovingly preserved seaside spot features original character with a splash of modern sass- think knotty pine walls that have danced through the decades, pastel hues, rattan accents, brand-new kitchen island with gleaming white quartz countertops, cozy nooks for lounging, and coastal charm in every corner that says, "I summer here" (even if you don't... yet)!

Whether you've come to surf, stroll, or reconnect with yourself and loved-ones, this little bungalow's location has all the ingredients for memory-making and relaxation:

-Comfy beds and bedrooms with blackout curtains for up to 10 sleepyheads
-Open living space perfect for movie nights, games, endless conversations, or a little post-beach lounging
-Full kitchen dedicated to pancake mornings and sandwich assembly lines (or skip the dishes- Wawa's at the end of the block!!)

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at your adorable bungalow with our family of 6. The description and pictures matched the place. The street and neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the beach is SO close! The host was responsive to all of our needs.

Jessica was a pleasure to work with and was a wonderful communicator, the cottage has classic beach charm and you can’t beat the location! The home is also dog friendly which is so hard to find for a rental!! We will be back :)

Charming beach side stay.

Accurate listing - small charming house right by the beach. Comfortable and cozy feel to the house. Nice quiet and friendly street to sit outside on the front deck. Good beach just down the street. Owner was extremely attentive, responsive and caring. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We had a really nice time here. Location was great. Wawa up the street and beach around the corner. House is small and cute. Just enough room for 2 adults and 3-4 teenagers. BBQ on the front deck was perfect. Kitchen was big enough for cocktails and snack with a fridge big enough for the leftovers from dinner the night before. We had no complaints. A

We love this place. Short walk to the beach. Close to local restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Everything is very clean, communication from the owner was excellent and fast. Celebrated my two daughters 21st birthday and the owner went as far as getting them a little something! She was very pleasant and sweet. House was very charming and had the coastal vibe. Highly recommend!

(Parents, you know this is a must with little tots!) Additionally, Wawa is at the end of the block for your morning coffee runs, mini golf for family fun is next to Wawa, and pickleball courts for a little friendly competition. This perfect blend of vintage charm and modern convenience enhances the appeal of the property, making it a delightful retreat for beach lovers and community enthusiasts alike.
