This is a 2 family. The rental is the back house on this property. It is a one bedroom. Fits 2 people comfortably. 4 people max. Pull out Couch. Full kitchen. Backyard, Grill provided. 3 Season room. There is no laundry onsite and no linens provided except hand towels, 2 pillows and comforter for bed. Must bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels. 2 Beach badges provided.

Nice Beach Getaway

Close to beach or the bay, this cottage is great for 2 people to stay, but the only thing is no washer/dryer on site, other than that it was good vacation week getaway

Great Spot!

We had a weeklong regatta at Lavallette Yacht Club. The location of the house was ideally located between the club and the town which was perfect for breakfast and dinner before and after racing. The house was clean and cute, the people were friendly, we had a wonderful time.

First time Lavalette Beach

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We had friends come to visit for the day and the place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and family oriented but still walking distance to great restaurants and of course the beach was just a short walk. Coming back next year!

Wonderful rental! Perfect location!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners! Booking was seamless and communication was great! This is a lovely bungalow perfect for a beach trip! The location is in the center of all the activity but still quiet and private. Everything is walking distance! Can't wait to get back again! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Lavallette beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this Lavallette home. Very comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, about 4 blocks. Food and shopping in walking distance. Would highly recommend

Nice couple days!

Seamless communication throughout stay. Very helpful host. The property was perfect for my wife and I. Quick walk down the street to the beach. Good food, mini golf and ice cream within a 5-10 min walk. Nice weekend down the shore. Thanks again!

Hidden Cottage

The cottage was lovely, it was comfortable for myself and my daughter. I liked the location and felt is was private and safe. There could have had a little more closet space, a a bit less mold Oder. I would be happy to recommend it to friends. Ellen McCollum

Unfortunately as for closet space that can't be helped. As far as an odor it's very hard to eliminate as the house is surrounded by water. I do have it checked regularly and there is no mold growth. Thank you for your stay.
