The Space:

Step inside and you'll find modern, sleek furnishings throughout that strike the perfect balance between relaxed beach living and contemporary style. The open living area is anchored by a plush sofa and flat-screen TV, great for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal or just prep some snacks before heading out — no hunting around for essentials here.



Both bedrooms offer their own private ensuite bathrooms, giving every guest their own space and privacy. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the lush greenery of the resort community — a genuinely peaceful way to start the day. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed with its own ensuite, which includes both a shower and a soaking tub. The condo also includes a washer and dryer in-unit, a convenience that makes longer stays or beach-heavy trips much easier. A few things to keep in mind: the unit is located on the second floor, and parking and check-in details will be provided prior to your arrival. Please review the house rules for any HOA guidelines that apply during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

A car is the most convenient way to explore the Space Coast from this location, and parking is available on-site at the community. Canova Beach public access is walkable in about 10 minutes, and several shops and dining options are within easy walking or biking distance. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area for evenings out or airport transfers. Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is roughly 15 minutes away, while Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about an hour's drive for those flying into a major hub.

- Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

- Please be aware that the The amenity areas - including the pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse is a shared space. Host/other guests may be here during your stay.
