This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom property is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and the world-famous Kennedy Space Center. Relax in your private backyard and roast marshmallows over the fire pit every night. Disney World and Universal Studios are just 60 minutes away. Just a five minute drive to Canova Beach public beach access which includes a dog beach!

Property features a two-car garage and driveway parking. Located minutes from A1A and Interstate 95, this luxurious townhome awaits your next vacation.

Perfect location, clean, roomy

2 families with 2 teen boys stayed here for a baseball tournament for a week. The house was very clean and roomy. Location was super convenient to restaurants, groceries, 1/2 mile from beach with free public beach access and parking. Beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Had to attend a Funeral

I had an easy time booking the townhouse, the people in charge we very friendly and helpful. I booked it as soon as we could, due to a death in our family. We enjoyed the location, with the pond, as my brother-in -law likes to fish. I enjoyed our stay, we will book with you again.

Great Experience

We had a great week at the property. The pool, cleanliness of the condo, ease of check-in, and ability to shop and head to the beach was great. Would definitely return or recommend it to anyone. Use of towels was very handy though we needed a few kids toys. We purchased a bucket and shovel for the next renter.

Wonderful house and stay!!

This was the first time we traveled with our adult children all together and I couldn’t have asked for a better suited place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms and tubs, so nice. Dining room large and comfortable. Living room big enough for a family movie night! Easily accessible for the surrounding community and beach access. Felt safe and secure in the gated community. We will definitely be back to stay at this home!! Thank you!

property was listed as 3/3. There were 2 1/2 baths and two bedrooms and a bunk bed room with no window or closet. The door handle on one of the bathrooms was broken and we had to call to have someone come and open it. Garbage disposal was broken.

The condo was beautiful The maintenance was not goodWent a month with no ice or water in the refrigerator. It wasn’t working before we arrived because there were ice cube (2) trays in the freezer. BBQ not fit to use. They replaced grates with the wrong size. Property not maintained

Do not hesitate to book this condo!

It is impeccable clean, beautifully decorated with two comfortable TV sitting areas and comfortable beds with quality linens. As a bonus it has a tiny fenced in backyard including a barbecue grill. The backyard is very private. The location is quiet but great with quick access to the beaches, plenty of restaurants and bars, grocery stores and everything you’ll want. We were so impressed with this condo that we called a real estate agent to find more information about this condo complex and potential units currently for sale.
