We stayed here with our family of four for an extended time and there was plenty of room for everything that we had and Moore. Connie and the manager’s office was very excellent at helping with anything I needed in a quick response time. We would stay here again I highly recommend it.

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The location was great, with easy access to everywhere we went. There are a lot of food options nearby, as well as on Door Dash. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 1.5 weeks in Austin visiting a new grandbaby, and we chose A Stay Above for the space (we needed two beds/two baths) and the dog-friendliness (fenced back yard—we traveled with three dogs). The home was exactly as described—we had comfortable beds, a big sectional, well-stocked kitchen. Major appliances (w/d, dishwasher, fridge) are new. A two-car garage was an extra plus. We highly recommend A Stay Above and would definitely rent again.

This house is great - it was clean, the owners were so easy to work with, it was exactly as photographed and it worked perfectly for us. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Austin!

The Cozy House

My family (and dog) stayed here for a couple weeks while our home was being renovated. My kids called it The Cozy House and it was, indeed, cozy and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, it has a fully stocked kitchen, the backyard is great for a dog, and management was very easy to work with to resolve a few little issues. We enjoyed having a garage to put the cars in and the location was great for us - quiet neighborhood with easy access to MoPac. Only a few downsides to it - a little dirty from previous pets and a few spiders around (just needed a good cleaning and spraying for bugs); kitchen is so stocked that there is little storage room. It's a tight kitchen already but I'd recommend removing some of the appliances that just aren't needed (like an electric mixer, Foreman Grill, etc.). If you aren't staying long, this isn't a big deal; however, it was hard for us to cook in the kitchen and there wasn't much storage space. Lastly, the airflow doesn't evenly circulate around the house. The right side of the house with the bedrooms stays nice and cool while the other side with the primary bedroom and bathroom doesn't cool off. It stayed pretty warm and was difficult to cool down. Double-ply toilette paper would have been great too.
