Welcome to our charming Hobbit house in the heart of Louisville's historic Clifton neighborhood! This cozy and unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a magical retreat for your stay in the Derby City.

As you approach the house, you'll be greeted by the cool front door that gives this home its distinctive character. Step inside to discover a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.

This was an absolute amazing stay, everything was just like the pictures and there was so much clear communication from the host! If we ever come back to Louisville I would stay here 1000 times over! (The snacks was especially a wonderful touch!)

The hobbit house has so much character and is super cute and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet with cute shops within walking distance and a short u er ride to town. We were here for Bourbon and beyond so the price had surged but all others had too. Would definitely stay again.Thank you for having us.

This is a wonderful house in a wonderful location! Immaculately clean, quirky, beautifully appointed, comfortable for four adults. Walking distance from the river and walking bridge across the river, several excellent restaurants, live music. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Hobbit house was absolutely what it promised. Very cute and clean. The easy access washer and drier was helpful. Parking was a little tight but I don’t think anything can be done about that.

Place was fun and unique. Bed was comfortable, space clean, cute decor. Great location close to lots of things to do and eat. Couple snags with stay, out owners control and owner was great and went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the house and would stay there again! We walked to an event at Mellwood Art Center and to various restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Easy parking and had everything I needed for a weekend with my teenage kids. Thanks a lot!

Perfect Location!

What a fantastic house! We will most definitely be staying here again. There were many great restaurants close by and not a far walk to downtown. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

Quaint place

This remodeled home provided us with a great stay while in Louisville. The remodel left some of the charm of the building with updated amenities. We would use this location again.

Adorable house in a wonderful neighborhood! House had plenty of space for our Friendsgiving celebration (including a loft where the teens sequestered themselves). And while there are a lot of stairs, the main level (which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom) is handicap-accessible, which we appreciated!

Wonderful place to land!

We stayed in this house over spring break with three kids and three adults. We love staying in quirky, interesting houses. The mattresses were SO comfortable, the fireplace was great for a cozy movie night. We tried the coffee shop across the street, but really loved the Witches Brew Cafe down the street. Would absolutely stay here again if we come through Louisville again!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the Hobbit House in Louisville! The house is gorgeous and in a great location. There are several coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance. The host was great as well, and made sure we had everything needed for a great stay. If I find myself back in Louisville I would definitely book this property again!
