A brand new listing, just renovated Extraordinary beachfront condo with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, along with views of the intercoastal from your front balcony. Located in the beautiful world renowned beach town of Treasure Island, Florida.
The condominium Comfortably sleeps eight people. Two queen size beds in the bedroom, a full sleeper sofa pullout and a full Murphy bed. One and one half baths.
The condominium is located steps away from numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Less than a mile away ftom the beautiful Johnâs Pass Village, containing great restaurants , bars , shopping and entertainment along the waterfront boardwalk.
The condominium building also contains a playroom area containing ping-pong, a pool table, bigâscreen tv and a library. A well appointed seating area is located in the main lobby just off the pool area.
The condo is a one month minimum rental, but exceptions could possibly be made (contact the owner).
