Description: The space is about 1500 square feet. Upon entering you will be in the kitchen room with dinning table on your right hand side and, living room through the door to the back yard.

-Behind the living room is 3 bedrooms. One queen bed with a bath room inside and 2 queen beds share a hallway bathroom

I like this house as good location and safe area, the house clean and provided some slippers, but towels little small, overall I give all 5 stars, maybe come back.

Family trip

Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and had mostly everything you need for your stay. The only downside is the oven was listed on description and it wasn’t available. Also we had no idea but there was a unit attached so basically had neighbors we weren’t expecting. But overall we were happy with our stay and communication.with the property manager.

Catholic Conference

15 minutes from Convention Center. Stores very close. Beautiful house. No oven but has air fryer. Felt like staying in a Posh hotel that was our house. Higly tecommend.

Nice house, better for 6

The house is clean and neat but we did have a few issues. They did let us check in an hour early so that was nice. The bed in the master bedroom has a broken support on the frame so we moved the mattress to the floor, not a huge deal. 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 but the other two had to sleep on an air mattress in the living room and it deflated over night so we had to go buy another one. I think this house is much better suited to sleep 6. Over all it’s a nice house in a nice neighborhood and close enough to Disneyland.

I booked this place for six (five of us ended up going), and while the bed was super comfy and the area was quiet with easy access to downtown Long Beach, the stay just didn’t deliver.We expected a private full-home rental—but there’s a second attached unit with its own entrance through the shared backyard, which wasn’t clearly disclosed. We ran into the other tenant as we were leaving, and the host was outside watering her plants at 10am—an hour before check-out. It didn’t feel private at all.Add to that: wet, smelly towels (one stained), no clean hand towels, a dirty shower, broken drawers, and a shower door that literally came off the track. And yet we paid extra occupancy and a steep cleaning fee?The house has potential, but between the lack of transparency, missed cleaning basics, and awkward shared setup, we left feeling let down. If things were clearer and better maintained, we’d maybe come back—but not as it is now.
