Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of downtown Los Gatos.
Its just a short walk to N Santa Cruz Ave & a block from Main Street where you can enjoy the best restaurants, activities , culture summer concerts and gorgeous sites that this charming historic town offers.
It is a little piece of paradise in the midst of a tech-centered meca. The deer wander through this majestic setting and tranquil environment yet it’s only a few minutes walk to downtown Los Gatos. Its a true gem in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Silicon Valley

The Cottage is available on a nightly or monthly basis with
a 14 day minimum stay.
Nightly pricing is $100 /per night (14 day minimum) with a $200 cleaning fee & $1000 refundable deposit.
You can also come stay long term for a few months.
Either way, we cant wait to have you come stay.

There is parking available for 1 car right in front of the cottage off the street and there is a wonderful outside patio area in front of and on the side of the cottage with a gas barbecue
and beautiful patio surrounded by lush scenery.
You will truly want to sit and relax all day, reading a book and admiring the beauty or strolling on foot to downtown and all the best restaurants, activities and sites of Los Gatos just a few blocks away.
If you are coming to stay for work, this is where you want to be during your work day or at the end of your work day.. everything is at your fingertips. It’s so close whether it be heading to work in Silicon Valley or walking to the festivities of Los Gatos around the corner. You are in the hub of the action yet in a serene living location tucked away as if you were at a retreat, nestled in, a charming, rustic setting

There is no washer dryer in this rental, but the host washes sheets & towels and some personal items on a weekly or
as-needed basis on request.
A 48 hour notice required for laundry service .

It is brand new and worth a visit, one block from the rental so if you're looking to get in shape,this could be your chance to do so. You can also take swim lessons or lounge by the pool all day with Spring and Summer ahead.
There are many classes you will surely want to take advantage of. You can look up the schedule online.
The gym membership is not included in the price of the rent but many of the guests enjoy a short term day pass, 10 day pass, or a three month + membership.
It is definitely worth taking a look at.
The gym just opened within the year and it is beautiful.
It’s literally a long block from the rental.
