Newly renovated three-level home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms within walking distance to the heart of Downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches. This location allows you to be at the center of activity, from Fourth of July fireworks to Illumination but a quick escape into the quiet neighborhood of The Highlands. Walking distance from Oak Bluffs Town Beach (Inkwell) and ferry station. A bright, spacious, fully renovated, and well-appointed must-see home that you won’t want to leave. Comfortable living spaces for six people to relax and socialize. Open kitchen with new appliances and all the cooking tools necessary to whip up a pot of chowda or to have guests over to enjoy a lobster bake. Beautiful front porch with a view of the Harbor and lake or a great place to listen to the morning chirping of birds. Two Bedrooms on the second floor- one with a comfortable Queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Master bedroom with bathroom with a peak of the Harbor.

Came into a clean and well appointed home. Good location for what we were looking for (close to Oak Bluffs). They even had a little dog bed for our Hobie. The home was stocked with what we needed and not junk filled like some homes we have stayed in. Perfect!It is on an active road that could be a challenge if you have wondering pets or children. The stairs are a bit steep but we managed them without trouble. The dog took them two at a time on the way down without trouble.

FANTASTIC!!! Stayed here with a couple friends and we couldn't have been happier! We came to the island in a friend's Jeep and drove all over the island exploring but unfortunately and unexpectedly the Jeep began leaking brake fluid so we had to take it to a shop. The trip was not ruined at all though because we were able to easily walk down to Oak Bluffs and explore a million things on foot! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time!

This cute house is perfectly located and enables you to walk to all Oak Bluffs has to offer. The home was very clean and all the amenities were top notch.

Walkable, super clean, cute!

We chose this cottage for its size and walkable location to Oak Bluffs and to our family staying nearby. We were extremely grateful for the flexibility to choose dates that aligned with our needs, rather than the standard Saturday to Saturday required by many other places. It was super clean and the a/c in each room worked very well. This was our first visit to MV and were initially disappointed to realize that the location is directly next to a busy street. The traffic noise bothered us the first night, but after that seemed like a non-issue, particularly with the windows closed and a/c on. The interior stairs are quite steep, which was not an issue for us but might be for small children or elderly folks. There were a couple minor problems for which we needed to contact the owners. They were responsive and resolved the issues. Overall, this was a lovely place and we would certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed the front porch and the location. It was so easy to get to the restaurants and shops of Oak Bluffs. It was a great stay!
