Situé à moins d'un kilomètre d'Eastville Point Beach, ce cottage confortable et charmant est idéalement situé pour accéder facilement à tout ce que l'île magique de Martha's Vineyard a à offrir. La piste cyclable et la ligne de bus ne sont qu'à quelques pas de cette maison chérie située sur une voie tranquille et idéalement située à mi-chemin entre les centres-villes animés de Vineyard Haven et Oak Bluffs, situés en bas de l'île.

Les meubles et la décoration récemment mis à jour sont conçus pour faciliter la vie de vacances. La maison offre un séjour sur un étage avec 2 chambres privées, chacune avec son propre placard, une salle de bain complète avec combo baignoire / douche, une cuisine à aire ouverte, des espaces salle à manger et salon, un pont avant spacieux et un porche 3 saisons entièrement fermé . Avec sa douche "extérieure" fermée, sa cuisine entièrement équipée et son lave-linge / sèche-linge, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de merveilleuses vacances dans les vignobles. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger peuvent être séparés des chambres à coucher, offrant une tranquillité accrue et une plus grande intimité pour les "lève-tôt" ou les "lève-tard"! Deux chambres, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux, peuvent accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. La véranda arrière 3 saisons dispose d'un mobilier de style jardin et d'une table et constitue l'endroit idéal pour savourer une tasse de thé et un bon livre avec une vue sur la cour arrière boisée.

Il est possible de se rendre à pied depuis Oak Bluffs (1. 6 miles) ou Vineyard Haven (2. 0 miles) et le terminal de ferry, et avec la piste cyclable et la ligne de bus VTA à deux pas de votre porte, vous pourrez facilement profiter de votre séjour dans ce Martha's Vineyard Cottage avec ou sans voiture. Si vous préférez venir avec votre voiture, il y a un grand parking dans la rue pour 2 véhicules ou 1 véhicule avec une remorque pour bateaux. Apportez vos propres vélos et kayaks ou louez-les auprès de pourvoiries à proximité à Vineyard Haven et Oak Bluffs.

Peace and Calm on Martha's Vineyard.

We enjoyed the many walking areas and the pre-season quiet of the island. The townships on the island have their own individual atmosphere and quality. Our first stay there has made us look forward to another one next year.

Wonderful week on the vineyard

The house could not have been cleaner or more well organized, and it was just perfect for our family of 4 and our lab. The location, just off a bike trail made it easy to get to town and the short walk to the bay beach across the street was safe and easy. Highly recommended- great stay!

I was very happy with the place and the location. Everything was very comfortable. The host even contacted me when we left about a dog toy we left behind and we were able to pick it up since it was the dogs favorite toy!

Wonderful Long weekend

We had a very nice stay at the Arrowsmith's cottage. It was comfortable and impeccably clean. It came very well stocked with everything you could need. It has easy access to oak Bluffs and is just a short ride to Edgartown. We certainly would recommend the house to anyone visiting Martha's vineyard

Great place for a vacation

The Arrowsmith Cottage was exactly as described, it was the perfect place for two adults and a dog. Very clean, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Outside and inside porch were a delight to sit and relax. The oustide shower was the best during our stay and we couldn't ask for much more. Carol and Ted were great host and the little ornament that they left will always remind us of our stay.

Great Location

This cute little cottage was perfect for our stay on MV. We could easily bike to vineyard haven and OB. We even made the trip into Edgartown on bike. The best part was that the cottage was located on a quiet street so there was no traffic going by when we wanted to stay back and relax!

Managing our rental cottage here has brought us many new experiences and new friends, and we look forward to hosting travelers to this beautiful island for years to come.

We first visited the Vineyard many years ago for a family vacation and instantly fell in love with the island. Following many seasons of renting through Vrbo as guests ourselves, we eventually purchased a modest home in Vineyard Haven to call our own. We were later very fortunate to also find this charming Oak Bluffs cottage. We are very excited to share this sweet cottage with our guests so that they may also discover and enjoy all the natural beauty, cultural diversity, fun and adventure that Martha's Vineyard has to offer.
